some media outlet claimed false info regarding the celebrations of raising the independent flag in Raqqah today saying that internal security forces have fired at the locals during the celebrations, this is a video where some locals are carrying guns and start shooting randomly while people were celebrating causing injuries among the civilians.

قوّات مجلس منبج العسكري تُفشل جميع هجمات مرتزقة الاحتلال التركي على سد تشرين وجسر قرقوزاق

إلى شعبنا والرأي العام

بعد ثلاثة أيام من المقاومة البطولية التي أبدتها قوّات مجلس منبج العسكري ضد الفصائل المرتزقة التابعة للاحتلال التركي التي نفذت هجوماً شاملاً ومن عدة محاور وبدعم جوي من الاحتلال التركي على سد تشرين وجسر قرقوزاق، تمكنت القوّات من إفشال هجمات المرتزقة وطرد فلولهم وتكبيدهم خسائر فادحة.

وعلى الرغم من اتفاقية الهدنة التي تم الاتفاق عليها برعاية أمريكية وفي الوقت الذي تَركّزَ الاهتمام الوطني على إسقاط النظام البعثي في دمشق، هاجمت مرتزقة الاحتلال التركي ولعشرات المرات وبكافة صنوف الأسلحة والدبابات والمدرعات وبتغطية جوية أكثر من ٢٠ طائرة مسيرة تركية نوع AKINCI على جسر قرقوزاق وسد تشرين جنوب شرق مدينة منبج، حيث نشبت اشتباكات عنيفة بين قواتنا والمرتزقة.

الاحتلال التركي الذي قدم دعماً جوياً لهجمات المرتزقة على مدار الساعة، استهدف سد تشرين بشكل مباشر بالطيران المسير حيث أحدث فيه أضراراً خطيرة، كما قصف مناطق الاشتباك ومواقع قواتنا أكثر من ١٦٠ مرة بالطيران المسير، وحاول من خلال التغطية الجوية المكثفة إعاقة مقاومة قواتنا، إلا أنّ مقاتلينا وبتكتيكات الحرب الحديثة التفوا على فلول المرتزقة ونصبوا لهم الكمائن وأوقعوا في صفوفهم الكثير من الخسائر بما فيها مقتل العديد من متزعميهم وتدمير دباباتهم وآلياتهم.

وبروح المبادرة والمقاومة التاريخية، اشتبك مقاتلونا بريادة وحدات حماية المرأة التي حاربت بروح فدائية وجهاً لوجه مع المرتزقة في العشرات من المواقع، وعلى الرغم من القصف الجوي العنيف للاحتلال التركي، إلا أنّ مقاتلونا تمكنوا وببسالة من التصدي لكافة الهجمات وفرض الفرار على المرتزقة وبث الرعب في صفوفهم.

ونتيجة مقاومة قوّاتنا، فشل المرتزقة من السيطرة على جسر قرقوزاق وسد تشرين، وأحبطت مخططهم القذر في نهب وسرقة ممتلكات الشعب السوري وتحويلها إلى خراب كتكرار لتجاربهم السابقة في النهب، وبالتالي إحباط مخطط الاحتلال التركي بالسيطرة على السد وتحويله إلى ورقة ابتزاز لاستخدامه ضد شعبنا في كافة المناطق السورية.


وفيما يلي حصيلة المعارك التي جرت خلال الأيام الثلاث الماضية في جسر قرقوزاق وسد تشرين:

- عدد القتلى: ٢١٠ مرتزقاً، قتل ١٤٢ منهم في سد تشرين و٦٨ على جسر قرقوزاق بينهم ١٣ متزعم مرتزق.
- المئات من الجرحى.
- تدمير ٣٩ سيارة عسكرية منها ٢٨ في سد تشرين و١١ على جسر قرقوزاق.
- تدمير ٦ دبابات للاحتلال التركي، ٢ في سد تشرين و٤ على جسر قرقوزاق.
- إسقاط خمسة طائرات انتحارية.
- تدمير ٢٠ دراجة نارية للمرتزقة في سد تشرين.

وخلال المقاومة البطولية التي أبدتها قواتنا تجاه هذه الهجمات، استشهد ٨ من مقاتلينا وأُصيب ١٣ مقاتلاً بجروح مختلفة.

إننا، في القيادة العامة لقوّات مجلس منبج العسكري نحيّ مقاومة مقاتلينا وبطولاتهم، ونفتخر بشجاعتهم في إفشال هجمات المرتزقة ومشغليهم على مناطقنا، فأننا نستذكر بكل إجلال شهدائنا الذين تركوا بصمتهم في هذه المقاومة البطولية وسجلوا أسمائهم في سجل الخالدين في وجدان وضمير شعبنا بكل بسالة، ونعاهد شعبنا برفع مستوى المقاومة بما يليق مع آمال وطموحات شعبنا وتضحيات شهدائنا الأبطال.

The forces of the Manbij Military Council thwart all attacks of the Turkish occupation mercenaries on the Tishreen Dam and the Qara Qwzaq Bridge
To Our People and Public Opinion,
Following three days of heroic resistance by the forces of Manbij Military Council against the mercenary factions of the Turkish occupation, who launched a comprehensive attack from multiple axes with air support from the Turkish occupation on the Tishreen Dam and the Qara Qwzaq Bridge, our forces were able to repel the mercenary attacks, expel their remnants, and inflict heavy losses upon them.
Despite the armistice agreement brokered under American auspices, and at a time when national attention was focused on the overthrow of the Baathist regime in Damascus, the Turkish occupation mercenaries launched a wave of attacks, employing all types of weapons, tanks and armored vehicles and with the support of more than 20 Turkish AKINCI UCAVs on the Qara Qwzaq Bridge and the Tishreen Dam, southeast of the city of Manbij. This led to fierce clashes between our forces and the mercenaries.
The Turkish occupation, providing round-the-clock air support to mercenary attacks, directly targeted the Tishreen Dam with UCAVs, causing significant damage. The occupation forces also bombarded engagement areas and our forces' positions over 160 times with UCAVs, attempting to hinder our resistance through intensive aerial coverage. However, our fighters, employing advanced warfare tactics, outmaneuvered the mercenary remnants, ambushed them, and inflicted heavy losses, including the elimination of numerous leaders and the destruction of tanks and vehicles.
In a spirit of initiative and historical resistance, our fighters, led by the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), engaged in direct combat with mercenaries in dozens of locations. Despite the intense aerial bombardment by the Turkish occupation, our fighters valiantly repelled all attacks, forcing the mercenaries to flee and sowing fear among their ranks.
The resistance of our forces prevented the mercenaries from seizing control of the Qara Qwzaq Bridge and the Tishreen Dam, foiling their scheme to plunder and destroy the property of the Syrian people, a tactic reminiscent of their past acts of looting. This thwarted the Turkish occupation's plan to control the Dam and use it as a blackmail card against the Syrian people in all regions.
The outcomes of the three-day battles at the Qara Qwzaq Bridge and the Tishreen Dam are as follows:
• Mercenaries eliminated: 210 eliminated including (142) at Tishreen Dam, (68) at Qara Qwzaq Bridge, including 13 leaders. Hundreds wounded.

• Equipment Destroyed:

-39 military vehicles destroyed including 28 at Tishreen Dam, 11 at Qara Qwzaq Bridge
-6 tanks were destroyed including 2 at Tishreen Dam, 4 at Qara Qwzaq Bridge
-5 suicide drones were shot down.
- 20 motorcycles were destroyed at Tishreen Dam.
During this heroic resistance, 8 of our fighters were martyred and 13 were wounded.
We, the General Command of the Manbij Military Council, salutes the resistance and heroism of our fighters. We are proud of their courage in thwarting the attacks on our areas by mercenaries and their backers. We honor our martyrs who sacrificed their lives in this heroic resistance and whose names are forever etched in the hearts and minds of our people. We pledge to our people to intensify our resistance, living up to the hopes and aspirations of our people and the sacrifices of our heroic martyrs.

تنويه – نشر موقع الجزيرة نت خبراً كاذباً مفاده أن ماهر الأسد هرب إلى العراق مروراً بمناطق شمال وشرق سوريا، وادّعى أن ذلك تم بتسهيل من قواتنا. هذه الأخبار كاذبة جملة وتفصيلاً وهي تأتي في سياق التحريض على قواتنا وشعبنا في شمال وشرق سوريا.
في الوقت الذي كان الحدود في الضفة الغربية لدير الزور مفتوحاً ومعبر القائم الحدودي بين سوريا والعراق يعمل بشكل فعّال، غادر أكثر من ثلاثة آلاف جندي وضابط من جيش النظام البعثي منطقة دير الزور والبادية السورية إلى العراق حيث استقبلهم الجيش العراقي وأحسن ضيافتهم ونقلهم إلى مناطق آمنة، ولم يكن هناك داعٍ لطرق التهريب كما يدعيه موقع الجزيرة نت.

كما ادعى الموقع أن الفرقة الرابعة في النظام البعثي السابق كانت شريكة لقواتنا في الاتجار بالمخدرات. هذه الادعاءات تنم عن حقد دفين من المحرِر تجاه مناطقنا وشعبنا. قوّاتنا، قوّات سوريا الديمقراطية كانت القوة الوحيدة التي حاربت خلايا النظام وتجار المخدرات الذين يتعاملون معه، وقامت بالمئات من حملات ملاحقة هؤلاء التجار ومصادرة وتلف موادهم.

نرجو من كافة وسائل الإعلام في هذا الوقت العصيب الذي تمر به سوريا وطناً وشعباً تحري الدقة والموضوعية في أخبارهم، وعدم اختلاف الأخبار البعيدة عن المنطق وأخلاق الإعلام.

Disclaimer-Al Jazeera Net recently published false information alleging that Maher al-Assad fled to Iraq through the regions north and eastern of Syria, facilitated by our forces. This claim is entirely false and appears to be part of a campaign to incite against our forces and the people of north and eastern Syria.
During this period, the border in the western Deir Ezzor region was open, and the Al-Qaim border crossing between Syria and Iraq was fully operational. Over three thousand soldiers and officers from the former Baathist regime's army departed from the Deir Ezzor area and the Syrian desert to Iraq. They were received by the Iraqi army, provided hospitality, and transferred to safe locations. There was no need for any smuggling routes, contrary to the claims made by Al Jazeera Net.
Furthermore, the website falsely accused our forces of complicity with the Fourth Division of the former Baathist regime in drug trafficking. These allegations stem from a deep animosity by the editor towards our regions and people. In reality, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have been the sole force combating the regime's cells and drug traffickers, conducting numerous operations to pursue these criminals, confiscate their materials, and destroy their networks.
We urge all media outlets to exercise accuracy and objectivity in their reporting, especially during these challenging times for Syria and its people. It is crucial to avoid disseminating information that lacks logical basis and adheres to journalistic ethics.

لم تتوصل جهود الوساطة الأمريكية للإعلان عن هدنة دائمة في منطقتي منبج وكوباني بسبب النهج التركي في التعاطي مع جهود الوساطة والمراوغة في قبول نقاطها الأساسية والتي تركزت على نقل ما تبقى من مقاتلي مجلس منبج العسكري في مدينة منبج، وكذلك حل مسألة نقل رفات سليمان شاه إلى مكانه السابق.

على الرغم من المساهمة الأمريكية لوقف الحرب، إلا أن تركيا وميليشياتها المرتزقة واصلت خلال الفترة الماضية التصعيد.

Update Regarding Truce Efforts in Manbij and Kobani
The US-led mediation efforts to declare a permanent truce in the Manbij and Kobani regions were unsuccessful due to Turkey's approach in dealing with the mediation efforts and its evasion to accept key points. These points included the transfer of the remaining Manbij Military Council fighters and the resolution of the issue concerning the transfer of Suleiman Shah's remains to their former location.
Despite US efforts to stop the war, Turkey and its mercenary militias have continued to escalate over the last period.
