In just over 10 days (at the start of Q2), the 2nd scheduled quarterly burn will take place for $SCPT, burning another 9,000,000 tokens.

The tokens will be burned using Script Network’s transparent, on-chain mechanism, ensuring full verifiability by the community.

A New Era for the Script Ecosystem: SCPT+SPAY Merger Proposal
Change is coming to Script Network, and with it, an opportunity to redefine the ecosystem for the better. As we continue our rapid expansion across Web3 entertainment, the time has come to streamline our token economy and unlock even greater value for our holders. By the end of March, a governance proposal will go live, inviting the community to vote on the merger of SCPT and SPAY into a single, unified asset: SF(Script Foundation).

This marks a new dawn for Script — a strategic evolution designed to amplify utility, simplify engagement, and deliver unprecedented benefits to existing SCPT holders. The upcoming proposal will allow the community to decide: Should we retain the two-token structure, or consolidate into one ecosystem token that powers the entire Script Network?

We heard you—and we’ve delivered. The Script TV Minutes display has officially been fixed! 🔧✨

Until now, some users noticed their minutes weren’t updating properly. But as of today, your dashboard now accurately reflects your total watch time. Every minute counts—and now it really counts.

Final reminder that there is a less than 24 hours left until the end of the proposal window - here are some key things to note based on some frequently asked questions..

- With most of our holders on CEXs, a common question was if they can vote if their tokens are there. The answer is no, you will need to withdraw it to an on chain wallet to vote if you wish to.

- After the proposal is over, there will be a detailed update shortly after explaining what will happen next, depending on the result of the proposal

- The proposal is for a merger of SCPT and SPAY, but essentially, SF will be a completely new coin, with its own tokenomics, own chart, and own metrics. Its important to note that any value associated with SCPT or SPAY is not relevant if this proposal is passed.

- There is no snapshot, and those buying or selling SCPT prior to any announcement is purely speculating. Simply, if you have SCPT tokens at the time of migration, then you will be able to receive SF coins.
