Seed investors will also get the correct cliff reflected on the dashboard. So, at 4pm UTC you should be able to make a claim. For those of you that have not completed the KYC process you will still need to perform it before we can process your request.

Just wanted to follow up here regarding the token issuance as there seems to be some that can claim and those who cannot, even after we manually imported those wallet addresses. We are investigating this issue to find the root cause and will come back later today with a new status update. Please do NOT contact magna for any claims as we need to do the analysis from our side.

Everyone that has gone through the KYC and passed without encountering any issues, will be able to claim.

Apologies once again for the delay. Due to Boxing day and limited resources it took us a bit longer and I wanted to follow up here with a new status update.

We believe that we now have found the root cause and to make it easier for everyone we are going to replace all of the data points and do a new fresh sync from our database. We will continue to work through out the night to sort this out and once this is finished an update will be shared on how to claim.

If you get session completed in the status bar you can proceed to the next steps which is by pressing the button on the right hand side. You do NOT need to do anything, migration and tokens will be automatic by the respective exchanges and our team. You will have the same amount of tokens than you had before the hack. Do not attempt sell or buy any tokens currently, you’ll only lose money doing so as liquidity has been removed.

Liquidity is fine, the company treasury is also fine.

Just to be clear Kucoin and MEXC are pausing deposits or withdrawals any minute now. Once done we will be able to move forward with the migration. We are working closely with Binance security team (official) as well as Lossless Protocol to deal with this situation. We are deep into the investigation already, and we're continuing to do the best for our customers, our users as well as our community.

We are going to share a new announcement soon on the progress so please, do not start speculating as this most likely will create unnecessary panic within our community. We are aware that a lot of questions needs to be answered but let us focus now on resolving the current issue at hand. We are working tirelessly on it and it really does not help when everyone bombard us with loads of comments and messages.

To reiterate - Do not move your tokens, let them sit where they are. If they are in your metamask let them stay there, if it's not visible to you on the exchange do not worry! We are working closely with Kucoin, MEXC, Bitget, Binance Security, Lossless as well as our internal security team to fix this. All deposits and withdrawals on the exchanges has been halted. We are moving forward with our recovery plan.

A confirmed date as to when we resume trading should follow tomorrow, as of now, the exchanges are still completing migration to ensure all users get the tokens they had on the old contract automatically. This will take a few more days at least, due to the skeleton teams of exchanges during this period. To clarify, you do not need to do anything in regards to the migration, it will be automatic. Exchanges are preparing / completing the migration - with an example of that, here: https://www.bitget.com/support/articles/12560603802876

Further to this, the conversion is now very simple, (albeit still TBC upon announcements from the respective exchanges)

This simply is that the snapshot will be made at the time the trading ended. So, simply

- If you decided (what 99% of holders did), to hold and done nothing through the hack: You get a 1:1 conversion
- If you decided to hold / buy up til the closure of the respective exchange closing trading on the day: You get a 1:1 conversion
- If you decided to sell: Then you will not get an airdrop. We repeatedly mentioned to all to NOT trade, so this decision is your own responsibility.
- If you held your tokens on a decentralised wallet, then the same applies to the above.

There is of course extenuating circumstances, and for those, please open a ticket. *The above exact times will be announced by the respective exchanges shortly. *

As previously stated this conversion and decision is based on discussions with exchanges, and is the best fit for all.
