We do understand that there has been some issues regarding the claim and we do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Root cause has been identified and ultimately there was a mix of different problems on our side as well as our service providers, which ultimately made it take a bit longer to troubleshoot and also to get an understanding of the actual impact. We are currently working very closely with Magna to sort this out and we expect this to be fully sorted by end of day tomorrow. I want to take this opportunity to ask everyone that has not performed KYC to please do it as soon as possible.

We know you guys are eagerly waiting and I just wanted to come back here with a status update.

We are almost finished with the export of the database and the next steps would be to sign all the smart contracts. Once this is done you will be able to claim either by going through our website or directly through magnas portal. Will ping here once everything is ready.

For all of you users that had issues and created a discord ticket, we have now fully reviewed your accounts and we are manually ingested them into our distribution platform. Seed investors will also get the correct cliff reflected on the dashboard. So, at 4pm UTC you should be able to make a claim. For those of you that have not completed the KYC process you will still need to perform it before we can process your request.

Just wanted to follow up here regarding the token issuance as there seems to be some that can claim and those who cannot, even after we manually imported those wallet addresses. We are investigating this issue to find the root cause and will come back later today with a new status update. Please do NOT contact magna for any claims as we need to do the analysis from our side.

Everyone that has gone through the KYC and passed without encountering any issues, will be able to claim.

Apologies once again for the delay. Due to Boxing day and limited resources it took us a bit longer and I wanted to follow up here with a new status update.

We believe that we now have found the root cause and to make it easier for everyone we are going to replace all of the data points and do a new fresh sync from our database. We will continue to work through out the night to sort this out and once this is finished an update will be shared on how to claim.

At 8.00pm UTC you can head over to claimtoken.script.tv to verify your wallet address. If you get session completed in the status bar you can proceed to the next steps which is by pressing the button on the right hand side. Please note that it needs to be the same wallet address as you purchased with during the alpha/community round.

Most of you have finally been able to claim your tokens but for some reason we still have a few users that are not able to claim. What we're going to do is to airdrops to these addresses so please bear with us at it will take some time to go through each and every wallet address but the goal is to have all transfers made within 24 hours.
