As we're closing in to our launch, we need to share information regarding Know-your-customer (KYC). In light of recent changes in the industry, we are obligated to perform this process on those who purchased from presale.script.tv and were a part of either Alpha or Community round. Here are instructions on how to perform it.

In order to be able to claim you would need to go through the verification which is performed via our partner Ondato. Once verified, you can claim tokens on the day of listing which is on the 20th December 2023 at 10.10am UTC . You will NOT be able to claim the tokens before hand. Once process has started, it is important to follow it all the way through and not close any windows or more importantly switch tabs on your cell phone. It is also important that you enter the correct details, otherwise the process will most likely fail and might then require a manual procedure which during launch time will lead to longer lead times. Also, please allow popups before you initiate it to ensure a smooth experience and as you need to have your phone nearby, it might be a good idea to also have a proof of address in PDF format saved on your phone so that you can easily attach it. Should you encounter any issues feel free to open up a support ticket in discord.

Please note that if you have a nationality from a country that is sanctioned/embargoed and/or were we would be subject to respective countries regulations (North Korea, Iran, U.S., Syria, Cuba, Russia, Southern Ukraine, Venezuela, Myanmar) the KYC process will automatically fail and you will need to open up a support ticket in discord to process a refund. During launch you can expect longer lead times however, our goal is to have all refunds processed at least 30 days after submitting a ticket.

We understand that there are some automatic rejections taking place through Ondato verification. This is automatic, so, if you submitted all of your details correctly and it says rejection, refresh / check back within 24 hours and it could be approved. In short, no correctly entered KYC should wholly fail, after Ondato automatic or manual checks.

Sometimes the automated system doesn't pick up data as it should, i guess robots are not 100% efficient yet.

Just to reiterate what has been previously mentioned we cannot stress enough the importance of following procedures to ensure a smoother experience.

* Desktop - You need to start the KYC process from your desktop and then follow through by scanning QR code from mobile camera. Do NOT switch tabs or close any windows.
* Documentation - We are seeing all types of crazy uploads (Bingocards, ID cards that are not even cards). Please upload a real National ID card in plastic (Passport is even better). Identification documents should be in Latin letters, otherwise it will be subject for manual review that is a longer process and right now we have a huge backlog.
* Proof of Address - To clarify - this is a bank statement, an electric bill, rent invoice that essentially shows that you are the one living on the address. This cannot be older than 90 days.
* Selfie - Please take off glasses, hats etc. Otherwise it will be subject for manual review.

We also realize that the onboarding process has not been very smooth as we first anticipated it to be. The community has shared their feedback and this is of course also something that we will bring forward to our service provider.

We have now been in contact with our service provider and has done some changes to our process - hopefully it will be a bit smoother now. They will also go through everyone that has done a KYC for a secondary check. So those of you that has been rejected, please do NOT initiate a new process as this will only further delay approval process.

First and foremost, apologies for the NOT so smooth onboarding experience. Even though we did everything by the book, it still failed due to our service providers smart robot weren't so smart after all. 😅

Just to give you a status update on how things are progressing. We are going through our backlogs currently and by 10am UTC tomorrow - Everyone that has performed KYC will know whether they have passed or not. So, please just wait now and don't make duplicate submissions as it will just slow down our progress and we currently have momentum.

Some more positive news, as it looks like right now, less than 1% will fail (excluding sanctioned countries). So, no need to worry!

Please help us pass this information to the community so they know what's going on.

Just to clarify for ALL claimers (all rounds), the claiming link and the instructions will be announced shortly. It’ll be super simple and straightforward. It is announced closer to listing to avoid phishing, fake links and copy websites attempting to confuse users. Beware of ANY DMs or contacts claiming to be from Script Network. Besides that, keep your notifications on!

🛑On the note of scams, there are already a fair few fake/scam SCPT/USDT liquidity pools out there (there will be more) please don't touch them as they are not ours and they will take your hard-earned money.
