Студентка по классу фортепиано Элизабет Сара Сингх сделала презентацию Рахманинове и его вкладе в российскую культуру и мировое музыкальное наследие.
На музыкальном вечере прозвучали композиции для голоса и фортепиано Сергея Рахманинова в исполнении профессиональных артистов и учащихся делийских школ.
Среди зрителей был известный пенджабский певец Далер Мехенди.
Главным гостем стала Джая Мехта – известная артистка и танцовщица стиля Одисси из Дели.

The Russian film «The Challenge», the first ever film shot on the International Space Station (ISS), will be released in 20 countries around the world.
It tells the story of a female surgeon who goes to the ISS to save a cosmonaut. One of the roles in the drama was played by cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky.
"The film was a real challenge - for everyone who was involved in its creation. Yulia Peresild and Klim Shipenko spent 3.5 months preparing for the flight and they were 12 days in space on the ISS. The whole world followed this legendary event," said Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of Russia.
In Russia, the premiere took place on 12 April, on Cosmonautics Day.

The meeting of world thinkers has ended in Kolkata
With the assistance of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Kolkata and the International Society for Intercultural Research and Development (ISISAR), the meeting of world thinkers was opened in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
The meeting was opened by Vladimir Terekhin (Executive Secretary of BRICS, writer, poet), and writers from India and several other countries made welcoming remarks. The meeting was attended by about 20-25 people. writers, poets from different countries (mainly from India).
During the meeting, the possibility of publishing and translating books into various international languages was discussed.
