🌟 On May 5, on the eve of the celebration of the 79th anniversary of the great Victory, Russian compatriots commemorated their ancestors who took part in the Great Patriotic war and defeated the Nazi regime in 1945.
Many stories were heard about the family members, who lived through the war - their combat path, their contributions on the front-line and in the rear.
🕊 The event took place in the Russian House, from the territory of which the international remembrance campaign was launched - the "Immortal Regiment". Russian compatriots, in whichever country they live now, assemble in processions and walk, carrying photographs of their veteran ancestors to pay the tribute to their suffering during the war and to teach the new generation to respect the history of their nation.

The One Run half marathon will cover 16 countries on 3 continents
On May 19, the main half-marathon of Russia with a synchronized start “ZaBeg.RF” will be held in all regions of Russia and abroad. Abroad, the event will be called One Run.
📆 All Russian regions will start at the same time - May 19 at 09:00 Moscow time. Abroad, time may vary depending on time zones, specifics and weather conditions. So, in 2024, along with all of Russia, One Run participants in China, Brazil, Egypt, Serbia, Belarus, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Cameroon, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will take to the start line.
Distance routes in each country are built uniquely: they cover the central areas of capitals, embankments, main city squares, key attractions, parks and rivers.

📍On May 16, the 11th award ceremony of the All-Russian Initiative with international participation “Warm Heart” will be held in Moscow at the Victory Museum.
Rossotrudnichestvo is actively involved in the search for heroes around the world. This year, 20 laureates from 9 countries took part in the project: Abkhazia, Belarus, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, South Ossetia. In Russian houses abroad (https://t.iss.one/rossotrudnichestvo/6265) those who for some reason were unable to attend the ceremony are awarded.
🏅 In total, the organizing committee reviewed 874 applications from 85 regions of Russia and 14 countries, selecting 157 laureates.
The project is aimed at instilling responsible civic behavior in children and adolescents using the example of courageous actions of their peers.

Icons are not only one of the main symbols of Russia, but also a whole system of images and symbols. The images are based on scenes from the Bible and other Christian texts, where each color and object captures special meanings.
❓Where can you see ancient icons in Russia?
First, come to churches and monasteries. For example, the famous “Trinity” by Andrei Rublev is located in the Trinity-Sergius Lavra in Sergiev Posad, and the original “Savior Pantocrator” by Theophanes the Greek is kept in the Church of Sophia of the Wisdom of God in Sredniye Sadovniki.
Secondly, ancient icons can be seen in museums - many of the paintings require special conditions of maintenance and the attention of restorers.
➡️ The Tretyakov Gallery houses one of the largest collections of icons. Among them is the earliest surviving Russian image of the Savior Not Made by Hands, dating back to the end of the 12th century. There is also a Museum of Russian Icons in Moscow, where more than 4 thousand exhibits from the collection of philanthropist Mikhail Abramov are collected.

Transition to full-cycle production will optimize costs and reduce them by 25%. A modern robotized welding line was installed at the plant and equipment for car painting was installed. As a result, 490 new jobs have been created at the plant.
More than 70 cars have already been assembled on the new line, all of them have been tested and showed excellent results.

Переход на производство по технологии полного цикла оптимизирует расходы и сократит их на 25%. На заводе была смонтирована современная роботизированная линия сварки и установлено оборудование для окраски автомобилей. Благодаря этому на автозаводе создано 490 новых рабочих мест.
На новой линии собрано уже свыше 70 автомобилей, все они прошли тестирование и показали отличный результат.

Atommash Plant shipped a reactor vessel and two steam generators for eighth energy unit of Tianwan NPP in China
The delivery was carried out by a combined method of road, river and sea transportation. It is planned to ship two more reactor upper units and internals.
Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant is the largest project of economic cooperation between Russia and China. The four units built earlier are successfully operating and supplying millions of kilowatts to the Chinese energy system.

Доставку осуществили комбинированным способом с помощью автомобильного, речного и морского транспорта. Планируется отправка ещё двух верхних блоков реактора и внутрикорпусных устройств.
Тяньваньская АЭС - самый крупный проект экономического сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем. Построенные ранее четыре блока успешно работают и выдают в энергосистему страны миллионы киловатт энергии.

The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad “Russia in the Electronic World” were awarded in Saint Petersburg
On May 14, 2024, a ceremony was held to award diplomas and memorable gifts to the winners of the “Russia in the Electronic World” Olympiad. The guys gathered at the Presidential Library in St. Petersburg and on the site of the Tyumen branch of the institution. Representatives of the National Research University Higher School of Economics took part in the event.

14 мая 2024 года состоялась церемония награждения дипломами и памятными подарками победителей и призёров олимпиады «Россия в электронном мире». Ребята собрались в Президентской библиотеке в Санкт-Петербурге и на площадке Тюменского филиала учреждения. В мероприятии приняли участие представители Национального исследовательского университета «Высшая школа экономики».

Delegations from 25 constituent entities of Russia will participate in the fourth Russian-Chinese forum on interregional cooperation. It will be held on May 17 on the margins of the Russian-Chinese Expo in Harbin. Also 16 Russian regions will present their stands there.
On the agenda are issues of interregional, trade and economic, investment, scientific and technical cooperation, strengthening ties in the spheres of construction, industry, timber industry, metrology, standardization, logistics and youth entrepreneurship.

Делегации из 25 субъектов России станут участниками четвертого российско-китайского форума по межрегиональному сотрудничеству. Он пройдёт 17 мая на полях российско-китайского «Экспо» в Харбине. Также здесь представят свои стенды 16 российских регионов.
На повестке — вопросы межрегионального, торгово-экономического, инвестиционного, научно-технического сотрудничества, укрепления связей в сферах строительства, промышленности, лесопромышленного комплекса, метрологии, стандартизации, логистики и молодежного предпринимательства.
