On August 31, the Republic of Khakassia sent 19 tons of humanitarian aid to residents of Donbass. It included: long-term food, stationery, hygiene items, sports supplies for schoolchildren, fiction and educational literature.
On the same day, the Yaroslavl region sent 10 tons of humanitarian cargo, which included: food, personal hygiene products, books and stationery. The volunteers packed about 700 individual food packages, each of which has everything necessary: flour, vegetable oil, cereals, pasta, canned fish and meat, condensed milk, tea, cookies, sweets. Also, as part of the campaign "Books to Donbass", children's and adult literature was brought to residents, and stationery sets for schoolchildren.

The new medical complex is designed for 200 beds. This is a capital one-storey building with an air conditioning system, two operating rooms, an intensive care unit, wards for patients, doctors' offices and a full set of equipment.
It has more than 200 positions: CT, X-ray machines, ultrasound, everything for colonoscopy and endoscopy, portable ventilators, PCR laboratory and much more. There are 100 double rooms in the building, which have everything necessary: beds, tables, bedside tables, refrigerator, coffee maker.
Military builders also constructed: an oxygen and gasification station, a vehicle disinfection point, a diesel power plant with a capacity of 400 kW, a checkpoint, a block-modular boiler room, a transformer substation. They laid all engineering communications and landscaped the territory with an area of 23 700 square meters.

During this period, they dismantled the destroyed bridge structures, made new support posts, reinforced concrete monolithic sections, slabs, sidewalk, bridge's sheet. The builders also built support platforms, and installed barrier and railing fences.

11 orphans from Donbass arrived in Astrakhan, where they have met their foster families at the airport.
Children aged 7 to 17 will now live with new families in the Limansky, Kharabalinsky, Akhtubinsky districts of the Astrakhan region and the Kirovsky district of Astrakhan. The children chose their own foster parents after communicating by video link. Siblings were not separated.

On September 21, Russia's Omsk region handed over to the city of Stakhanov in the LPR a new municipal road equipment based on a KamAZ vehicle with a 15 m³ tank. Special equipment is now used to provide drinking water to residents of the city.
In the future, special vehicles will help in the restoration and maintenance of roads in the LPR.

More than 2 600 specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense are laying a new water pipeline from Rostov region to Donbass. The project envisages laying two main strands of the main pipeline, construction of a pump stations, electrical substations and water storages. The pipeline launching will fulfill a Seversky Donets canal, from where drinking water will go to the settlements of Donbass. Completion of construction is scheduled for spring 2023.
