International Cultural Forum will be held in St. Petersburg from November 16 to 18. The event will be held for the first time since 2019. The organizers are the Government of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Government of St. Petersburg.

The Forum will host the heads of major cultural organizations, figures and leading industry experts, representatives of the business community and government authorities from around the world.

🌐 More than 70 countries take part in the International Cultural Forum. The event will take place from November 16 to 18 in St. Petersburg.

Among the participants are outstanding directors, artists, musicians, leading experts, heads of the largest cultural organizations in Russia and other countries. 📰 On the first day of the forum, the head of the Russian Ministry of Culture Olga Lyubimova signed cooperation agreements with the ministries of culture of Guinea, Djibouti, Laos, Eritrea, Tajikistan and South Ossetia.

On November 17, the laureates of the first Hermitage Prize “For achievements in the field of culture and art, preservation of cultural heritage and strengthening of international cultural dialogue” will be awarded. The prize will be awarded annually to two iconic cultural figures in Russia and the world. 🥇

XII International Festival of Crafts of the Indigenous Peoples "Ugra" will take place on 21-23 June, 2024 in Surgut

More than 100 thousand people from different countries took part in this festival previously: Hungary, Canada, Finland, Switzerland, Estonia, Serbia, Qazaqstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Congo, Peru, India and regions of Russia.

Scientists, ethnographers, art historians, cultural scientists, historians interested in presenting the traditional art of the indigenous peoples of the world, as well as specialists from cultural and educational institutions, masters of folk arts and crafts, and artisan families are invited to participate in the festival.

On August 22-24, 2024 the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation is holding the Children's International Cultural Fоrum 2024 in Moscow.

The Forum is meant as а unique platform that opens up opportunities for broad communication between gifted children, their meetings with leading teachers and performers, government and public figures in оrdеr to demonstrate their talents in the cultural sphere, exchange experiences, and express their vision of issues related to the development of culture and successful self-realization of young people in art.
In 2024, the Fоrum рrоgrаmmе will include lectures, master classes, dialogue events, workshops and sessions in the following fields: “Choreography”, “Cinema and Animation”, “Theater and Circus”, “Music”, “Museum and Fine Arts”, “Literature and Journalism”.

Gifted children aged 12 to 17 years (inclusive) аrе invited to participate
in the Fоrum - laureates and participants of creative competitions and festivals
who demonstrate bright abilities and initiative.
The organizer of the Fоrum, ROSCONCERT, will provide the stay
of а creative delegation consisting of 6 children and 1 accompanying person (adult) in Moscow from 21 to 25 August, 2024, including accommodation in the hotel, meals and city transfers. Travel for participants to Moscow is to be covered by the sending party.

The Forum programme also includes а concert рrоgrаmmе of delegate countries representing national cultural traditions. To qualify for inclusion in the concert prоgrаmmе we kindly ask to submit а video recording up to 4 minutes of а concert performance by national instrumental ensembles (at least 3 people)
