This volcano is located in Kamchatka and is one of the most active volcanoes in Russia and the world. It has numerous cones and craters, and its eruptions can be accompanied by powerful ejections of ash and lava.
Elbrus.
The highest peak of the Caucasus Mountains and at the same time the highest point of Russia and Europe. Elbrus is a dormant volcano, and its last eruption occurred about 900 years ago.
Tolbachik.
This volcano in Kamchatka, Russian far east, attracted attention in 2012 with its major eruption, which resulted in the formation of new lava flows.
Bezymianny.
Also located in Kamchatka, this volcano gets its name from its long dormant period. The last eruption took place in 2020, making it one of the most famous, active and observed in the whole world.
Kazbek.
The volcano is considered the second highest peak after Elbrus. It is located on the border of Russia and Georgia and is of great importance as a cultural and natural symbol. The last eruption occurred in 750 BC

🌊 The CMAS 7th Freediving Depth World Championship 2023 was held from August 19 - 26 on Roatán Island, Honduras. World Championships represent the highest-level events in the hierarchy of freediving competitions.
On 21 August, a Russian sportsman Andrey Matveenko made a bold monofin dive to a depth of 134m, establishing a new absolute World Record.
On the same day, a Russian champion freediver Alexey Molchanov set a new absolute world record in CWT. With the use of a monofin, he dove to a depth of 136m.

🌳Gorokhovets is one of the most ancient and perfectly preserved cities in Russia. It is located in the Vladimir region and is included not only in the register of Russian cities, the monuments of which are of particular value, but also in the preliminary list of UNESCO cultural heritage sites.
✔️What to see in Gorokhovets?
The architecture of Gorokhovets strikes with the charm of the provincial modern of the 17th century - buildings, houses and merchants' chambers, that's what is really worth seeing in the city! - no exclamation. There are about 200 merchant chambers of that time in Russia, and seven of them have been preserved in Gorokhovets.
For example, almost opposite the Annunciation Cathedral, near the gates of the Sretensky Monastery, there is the house of the merchant Ershov. This two-storey house is the oldest in the city: its construction dates back to around 1660. At that time it was the largest building in all of Gorokhovets.
The city is full of old buildings that can be explored endlessly, but you can get around Gorokhovets in less than a day, it is so small and cozy, but even this time is enough to enjoy the architecture and personal history of the old Russian town💫

🎬 As part of the project, they visited the backstage of the Mosfilm studio, where they plunged into the world of cinema and learned a lot of interesting things about making famous films.
💬 “Very cool city, it's alive. It is interesting to learn it from a historical point of view. I also always dreamed of seeing how films are made,” Ekaterina from France shared her impressions.
Young travelers visited the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve and the Moscow Urban Forum.
Among other places that the guys saw was the Museum of Cosmonautics. During the tour, young people were able to learn more about the history of Russian cosmonautics and advanced aviation technologies.
The participants visited the Alexander Solzhenitsyn House of Russian Abroad, where they met with Dmitry Polikanov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Federal Agency. They were told in more detail about the projects and activities of the Agency.
