At the same time, in his Twitter account, he expressed regret that the social network stops working in the country: “Instagram will be blocked in Russia on Monday. This decision will cut off 80 million users in Russia from each other and from the rest of the world, because approximately 80% of people in Russia are subscribed to foreign accounts.
