A team of medical professionals from Lipetsk went to the Volodarsky region of the Donetsk People's Republic to conduct medical examinations of children and adolescents. 12 medical workers will examine children of preschool and school age for a month, many of whom have not undergone medical examination and have not received normal medical care for several years.
The regional authorities remain in constant contact with the doctors and are ready to provide them with support on all emerging issues.

On November 3, at 10:00 (Moscow time), a memorial to the Liberator Soldier will be opened in Kemerovo.
In the center of the architectural composition is a monument in honor of the warrior-liberator Nikolai Masalov. His feat of saving a German girl on April 30, 1945 formed the basis for creating an exact copy of the monument "Liberator Soldier" in Berlin's Treptower Park.
The memorial complex is complemented by constructions with the names of 2916 Siberians - Heroes of the Soviet Union, full cavaliers of the Order of Glory, Heroes of Russia. It shows the names of Siberian military formations, military hospitals and Siberian factories that worked at the front.
Construction of the facility began in winter and was completed in the fall of 2022. The decision to perpetuate the feat of Kuzbass was made after the German side refused to return the name of Nikolai Masalov to the lists of honorary citizens of Berlin.

From November 3 to 8, join the International educational campaign "Big ethnographic dictation". The project allows not only to assess the overall level of ethno-cultural literacy, but also introduces the culture of the peoples of Russia. The action is timed to the celebration of National Unity Day.
Residents of Russia and foreign countries can take part. Working languages – Russian, English, Spanish. The maximum number of points is 100. The passage time is 45 minutes.
Tasks for participants under 16 years old consist of 20 questions, over 16 years old consist of 30 questions: 20 — common to all and 10 — unique for each subject of Russia, and for foreign sites – dedicated to places related to Russia.

On November 3, St. Petersburg will host the international forum “India – Russia. Unity in Diversity”. It is dedicated to the 550th anniversary of Afanasy Nikitin's journey to the Indian state of Bahmani and is dedicated to the historical and cultural interaction between Russia and India.
The forum will bring together domestic and foreign experts in the field of history, cultural studies, philology, geography, political science, regional studies and fine arts to strengthen international cooperation and exchange of experience. The participants will discuss the history of the formation of Russian-Indian relations, the interaction of the cultures of Russia and India, as well as the specifics of teaching in Russian and Indian universities.

On the eastern borders of the Russian Plain, in the Perm Territory, live people in whose culture Orthodox and pagan traditions are closely intertwined. They are the Komi-Permyaks - a people who believe in the power of nature.
If you manage to visit the Komi-Permyaks in the height of summer, you can catch an amazing ancient holiday - Turun Vezhan Lun (Day of Grass Change). Since the morning of the day all "uvtyr" (in Permian - "clan", "family") people collect herbs, pick flowers in the forest, bring them home, separate seeds. In the evening they take the plants to the river and throw them into the water. This tradition is similar to Russia's Ilyin Day, but with a difference. A fire is lit near the river and merrymaking begins - dances and songs are exchanged around the fire. The women set fire to the roots of the plants on the ritual fire that evening so that the harvest doesn't go to waste. Men throw burning logs into the water - the farther it goes, the better the year will be.
For the Komi-Permyaks fire is sacred, it is reflected even in the language of the people: for example, they affectionately call a cooker "gorinöy", "biscuit". A very warm and kind word for a Komi-Permian is "nyanya", i.e. "bread", because it is also given to a person by the flame of the hearth. Dish with dough: fish pie (cherinyan), pelmeni (pelnyan) and various loafs are often on the table of Komi-Permians, because it is not just food, but a symbol of wealth and happiness. Of course, these dishes are also offered to guests, to whom representatives of the people always give the warmest welcome.

На восточных рубежах Русской равнины, в Пермском крае, живут люди, в культуре которых сплелись православные и языческие традиции.
Если приехать в разгар лета, вы сможете застать удивительный древний праздник — Турун вежан лун (День смены травы). С самого утра в этот день всем «увтыром» («родом», «семьёй») люди собирают травы, рвут цветы в лесу, приносят их домой, отделяют семена. Вечером растения уносят на реку и бросают в воду. У реки разжигают жаркий костер, вокруг него начинается веселье: водят хороводы, поют песни. На обрядовом костре в этот вечер женщины обжигают корни растений, чтобы урожай не пропал. Мужчины бросают в воду горящие головешки — чем дальше, тем удачнее сложится год.
Для коми-пермяков огонь священен, например, печь они называют ласково «гориньöй», «печенька». Очень тёплое и доброе слово «нянь», то есть «хлеб», ведь его тоже дает человеку пламя очага. Блюда с тестом: рыбный пирог (черинянь), пельмени (пельнянь) и разные караваи, как символ богатства и счастья.

On the eastern borders of the Russian Plain, in the Perm Territory, live people in whose culture Orthodox and pagan traditions are closely intertwined. They are the Komi-Permyaks - a people who believe in the power of nature.
If you manage to visit the Komi-Permyaks in the height of summer, you can catch an amazing ancient holiday - Turun Vezhan Lun (Day of Grass Change). Since the morning of the day all "uvtyr" (in Permian - "clan", "family") people collect herbs, pick flowers in the forest, bring them home, separate seeds. In the evening they take the plants to the river and throw them into the water. This tradition is similar to Russia's Ilyin Day, but with a difference. A fire is lit near the river and merrymaking begins - dances and songs are exchanged around the fire. The women set fire to the roots of the plants on the ritual fire that evening so that the harvest doesn't go to waste. Men throw burning logs into the water - the farther it goes, the better the year will be.
For the Komi-Permyaks fire is sacred, it is reflected even in the language of the people: for example, they affectionately call a cooker "gorinöy", "biscuit". A very warm and kind word for a Komi-Permian is "nyanya", i.e. "bread", because it is also given to a person by the flame of the hearth. Dish with dough: fish pie (cherinyan), pelmeni (pelnyan) and various loafs are often on the table of Komi-Permians, because it is not just food, but a symbol of wealth and happiness. Of course, these dishes are also offered to guests, to whom representatives of the people always give the warmest welcome.

На восточных рубежах Русской равнины, в Пермском крае, живут люди, в культуре которых сплелись православные и языческие традиции.
Если приехать в разгар лета, вы сможете застать удивительный древний праздник — Турун вежан лун (День смены травы). С самого утра в этот день всем «увтыром» («родом», «семьёй») люди собирают травы, рвут цветы в лесу, приносят их домой, отделяют семена. Вечером растения уносят на реку и бросают в воду. У реки разжигают жаркий костер, вокруг него начинается веселье: водят хороводы, поют песни. На обрядовом костре в этот вечер женщины обжигают корни растений, чтобы урожай не пропал. Мужчины бросают в воду горящие головешки — чем дальше, тем удачнее сложится год.
Для коми-пермяков огонь священен, например, печь они называют ласково «гориньöй», «печенька». Очень тёплое и доброе слово «нянь», то есть «хлеб», ведь его тоже дает человеку пламя очага. Блюда с тестом: рыбный пирог (черинянь), пельмени (пельнянь) и разные караваи, как символ богатства и счастья.

В этот день на сцене Русского дома в Анкаре выступят музыканты Российской академии имени Гнесиных. 4 ноября жители Бишкека приглашены в Русский дом на концерт Санкт-Петербургского театра песни и танца «Морошка», а также в Национальный исторический музей Киргизии на показ российских документальных фильмов. В Русском доме в Копенгагене открывается экспозиция «Орнаменты народов России».
5 ноября Русский дом в Каире и движение «Волонтеры победы» проведут исторический квест, ярмарку народных промыслов и праздничный концерт. Также для гостей откроется фотовыставка, отражающая многонациональный состав народов России. А 10 ноября в Александрии состоится концерт, посвященный сразу двум важным датам — Дню народного единства и юбилею Русского дома.
6 и 13 ноября Русский дом в Астане проведет фестиваль национальных культур России. 3 ноября при поддержке Русского дома в Уральске пройдет праздничный концерт. Также в преддверии праздника Русский дом в Алма-Ате запустил флешмоб «Моя интернациональная семья».
В Русском доме в Лиме ко Дню народного единства выступил Хор Турецкого. Также музыкальные концерты провели Русские дома в Беларуси, Сирии и Аргентине. В Русском доме в Буэнос-Айресе открылась фотовыставка «Русская цивилизация». Подобная фотовыставка о народах России теперь доступна гостям Русского дома в Нью-Дели. Тем временем в Русском доме в Ченнаи прошел фестиваль традиций и национальной кухни народов России.
Сегодня в рамках празднования Русский дом в Пномпене покажет фильм-сказку «Илья Муромец». А вот гости Русского дома в Ходженте уже посмотрели документальный фильм «Дорогой дружбы народов».
