🎙 Ответ официального представителя МИД России М.В.Захаровой на вопрос СМИ относительно правил оформления российских заграничных паспортов
❓ Вопрос: Каковы правила транслитерации фамилий и имён граждан России при оформлении ими заграничных паспортов? Есть ли необходимость проверки правильности транслитерации в уже оформленных документах?
💬 М.В.Захарова: При оформлении заграничных паспортов полномочными органами системы МИД России фамилия и имя владельца паспорта транслитерируются путём простого замещения русских букв буквами латинского алфавита согласно правилам транслитерации кириллических знаков, являющимися приложением к административным регламентам, утверждённым приказами МИД России от 12 февраля 2020 г. № 2113 и № 2114. При этом транслитерация фамилии и/или имени может быть изменена по заявлению гражданина на основании документов, перечисленных в упомянутых регламентах, в частности, свидетельств о рождении, заключении/расторжении брака, перемене имени, выданных компетентными органами иностранных государств.
Таким образом, одно и то же имя может быть транслитерировало по-разному. Это не ошибка и не основание для изъятия паспорта. Перечень таких оснований установлен частью первой статьи 8.1 Федерального закона «О порядке выезда из Российской Федерации и въезда в Российскую Федерацию» от 15 августа 1996 года № 114-ФЗ.
Аналогичными правилами при оформлении заграничных паспортов руководствуются и территориальные органы МВД России.
С учётом изложенного гражданам нет необходимости проверять написание в своих паспортах фамилии и имени буквами латинского алфавита.

🗓 The XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum took place in St. Petersburg on June 5-8. The Forum continues to steadily enhance its prestige as one of the most important business events in the world.
This year, the #SPIEF2024 21,800 people from 139 countries and territories took part in the Forum’s events.
The events were attended by more than 120 high-ranking foreign officials, including heads of international organizations and associations, ministers of foreign affairs, heads of diplomatic missions, and the leaders of foreign cities and regions. The largest delegations came from China 🇨🇳 – 192 participants, UAE 🇦🇪 – 105, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 – 86, Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 – 84, India 🇮🇳 – 80, and Oman 🇴🇲 – 75.
🎙 The key event of the Forum was the plenary session, which includes speeches by Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of foreign states: Luis Alberto Arce Catacora of Bolivia and Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe.
Despite the enormous sanctions and political pressure exerted on our country, SPIEF has fully confirmed its reputation as a leading international business event that has been established over more than a quarter of a century.
📈 980 agreements totalling over RUB 6.4 trillion were signed on the sidelines of the Forum, attended by 3,550 Russian and foreign companies.
🤝 Active international cooperation that aims to intensify equitable interaction with developing countries was a prominent focus of the programme.
The Forum’s Russian and foreign guests were actively involved in such events as the Russian-African Conference ‘Water: More Precious Than Gold’, the EAEU–ASEAN session, and business dialogues with representatives of Azerbaijan, Brazil, Venezuela, India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, South Africa, as well as other countries of Africa and Latin America.

☝️ Подчеркну, что российская система здравоохранения с её традициями и ценностями имеет высокий авторитет в мире и с каждым годом активно развивается. В регионах модернизируются и строятся медицинские учреждения, внедряются передовые технологии и лечебные практики.

Значимость медицины невозможно переоценить. Все мы глубоко осознали это во время коронавирусной инфекции, когда российские медики мужественно и самоотверженно выполняли свой врачебный долг, боролись за жизнь каждого пациента, не считаясь со временем, запредельной усталостью, с рисками для собственного здоровья. Этот период останется в истории отечественного здравоохранения как настоящий подвиг тысяч и тысяч врачей, медсестёр, лаборантов, младшего персонала всех наших больниц и поликлиник.
👉 И сегодня, в условиях специальной военной операции, медицинские работники проявляют свои лучшие качества: спасают раненых на поле боя, лечат, выхаживают, проводят сложнейшие операции, осваивают и внедряют новые методы реабилитации, делают всё возможное для поддержки силы духа наших героев.

We all came to deeply understand this during the coronavirus pandemic, witnessing Russian doctors courageously and selflessly fulfilling their medical duties. They fought for the lives of each patient, despite facing immense challenges like fatigue and risks to their own health. This period will be remembered in the history of domestic healthcare as a true testament to the dedication of thousands of doctors, nurses, laboratory assistants, and paramedical personnel in our hospitals and outpatient clinics.
👉 Today, during the special military operation, medical workers continue to demonstrate their best qualities: they save the wounded on the battlefield, provide treatment and care, perform complex surgeries, develop and apply new rehabilitation methods, and strive to uphold the morale of our heroes in every possible way.
