Prince Andrew should be "quaking in his boots": Victims’ lawyer says Maxwell verdict makes Queen's son self-confessed friend of a child sex trafficker
LA attorney Lisa Bloom has represented eight victims of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and says Prince Andrew should be "quaking in his boots." (Daily Mail)
It comes after Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty of five of six counts of sex trafficking for Epstein. The link to Prince Andrew goes back to a car-crash BBC interview in which the royal admitted they were close friends.
Prince Andrew faces a hearing on Jan 4 to decide on his case involving allegations by Virginia Giuffre. If the judge sides with the accuser, the British royal could face the music mid-to-late 2022.
Bloom believes Andrew’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, will try to trip up Giuffre with inconsistencies in her testimony – but the tactic won't work on a jury. "I just don't think that's going to fly. I think he should be very concerned," Bloom added.
