🗣 В Танзании завершилась крупная научная конференция
Русский Дом в Танзании совместно с Институтом Африки РАН организовал и провел международную научную конференцию «Место Африки в мире: прошлое и настоящее», посвященную 300-летию Российской академии наук (РАН).
Конференция проходила с 1 по 3 марта на базе Российского центра науки и культуры (РЦНК) в Дар-эс-Саламе в офлайн и онлайн форматах.
🌍 В мероприятии приняли участие более 70 ученых-африканистов из Танзании, России, ЮАР, Ганы, Словакии, Эфиопии, Индии и Нидерландов. Спикеры выступили с докладами, посвященными широкому спектру проблем в странах Африки южнее Сахары.
🇷🇺 Российскую африканистику представила делегация, в состав которой вошли более 20 человек. Это ученые и студенты-африканисты из Института Африки, Института всеобщей истории и Института этнологии и антропологии РАН, российских университетов МГИМО, РГГУ, ВШЭ, СПбГУ, Музея антропологии и этнографии и др. Делегацию возглавил заместитель директора Института Африки РАН, член-корреспондент РАН Д. Бондаренко.

📌 В ноябре 2020 года по инициативе Русского Дома в Дар-эс-Саламе и во взаимодействии с Институтом Африки РАН прошла видеоконференция «История и итоги деколонизации», посвященная 60-летию принятия Генассамблеей ООН в декабре 1960 года «Декларации о предоставлении независимости колониальным странам и народам».
📌А в марте 2022 года на базе Русского Дома состоялась конференция «Лидерство и власть в Африке в прошлом и настоящем: исследования ученых России, Танзании и других стран», приуроченная к отмечаемому к 100-летию со дня рождения Джулиуса Ньерере. Участниками прошлого мероприятия стали 109 человек из 16 стран.

Bondarenko.

Russian compatriots, Alumni of Russian and Soviet universities and students of Russian language courses filled the Main Hall of the Russian House in Dar es Salaam for a festive evening dedicated to the International Women's Day 💐
Students of the School for supplementary education "Dar Rechi" performed the melodious musical numbers before the guests, the Choir of the Philharmonic Society of Tanzania movingly performed the songs "Moscow Evenings" and "Ray of the Golden Sun".
🕺💃 A gift for all those who had gathered was the performance of the Tanzanian ensemble "Nike Kids" with an incendiary dance "Kalinka-Malinka".
The students of the Russian language and the preparatory faculty at the Russian House, prepared touching videos in Russian and congratulated the guests.

On 8th of March, the staff of the Russian-Tanzanian Cultural Center organized a screening of a documentary about the Chechen Republic on the popular Zanzibar TV channel ZCTV.
The film was translated into Swahili in Russia and made available for screening in Zanzibar by the Russian TV channel RT DOCUMENTARY- SWAHILI.
