The Agency continues to tell the stories of graduates of Soviet and Russian universities from neighboring countries in the new category #LeagueoftheBest.
The decisive role in the fate of each hero of the project was played by studying in Russia or in the Soviet Union. Graduates tell how their life turned out after getting education at the university, recall their student years and note the value of the knowledge, experience and connections gained during this time.
President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov dreamed of being a paratrooper from a young age. And his dream came true – in 1992 Anatoly graduated from the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School. «Serious school of life» - this is how our hero remembers his studying, but these years determined the fate of the future president. 🎓Preparatory courses for students from Tanzania 🇹🇿, Zambia and Ethiopia, who intend to study in Russian universities in the engineering and technical profiles, started on the 1st of November.
The project is being implemented at the premises of Russian Houses in African countries with the support of leading Russian universities.
📋 The classes will be conducted online four times a week with the guidance of university teachers. One day a week, teachers of the Russian Houses will conduct classes in the full-time format.
🇷🇺 In the first semester the students will be taught Russian language intensively, and in the second semester it is planned for them to study not only the Russian language, but also the scientific terminologies, mathematics, physics and computer science in Russian.
Upon the successful completion of the preparatory courses the students will receive certificates and will be able to continue their studies at the 1st year.

🎓 1 ноября стартовал подготовительный факультет для будущих студентов российских вузов из Замбии, Танзании 🇹🇿 и Эфиопии по инженерно-техническому профилю.
Проект реализуется на базе Русских домов в странах Африки при поддержке ведущих российских университетов — ЛЭТИ, СТАНКИН, СКФУ, УрФУ.
📋 Четыре раза в неделю занятия будут проходить онлайн с преподавателями университетов. Один день в неделю учителя Русских домов будут проводить занятия в очном формате.
🇷🇺 В первом семестре слушатели будут изучать русский язык в интенсивном режиме, во втором планируется изучение не только русского языка, но и научного стиля, математики, физики и информатики на русском языке.
По итогам участники получат сертификаты подготовительного отделения и смогут продолжить обучение на 1 курсе российских университетов.

📅On 9th of November, at 10:00, an Educational Exhibition of Russian Universities will open in Dar es Salaam.
High school students and their parents are invited, as well as Tanzanian graduates who plan to continue their studies in master's and postgraduate programs in Russia.
Everyone will be able to:
🔹 get full information about the educational programs;
🔹 talked to the representatives of the universities;
🔹 find out the details of studying at a particular university;
🔹learn about career opportunities that open up to graduates of Russian universities.
