Sarah Gilbert, the Oxford vaccine creator who has said similarly stupid things in the past, is now saying “The virus can’t completely mutate because its spike protein has to interact with the ACE2 receptor on the surface of the human cell, in order to get inside that cell." Many of the concerning spike protein mutations being monitored are still at a relatively low prevalence, on top of that, there have been mutations in non-S genes that have been shown to impact the virus phenotype like ORF8, an accessory protein that has been gaining mutations that improve its ability to modulate host immune response, so this is an extremely reductive way to frame things.

"We normally see that viruses become less virulent as they circulate more easily and there is no reason to think we will have a more virulent version of Sars-CoV-2." No reason other than the historically large scale and incredibly novel way we've augmented the immune system of billions of people on the planet. These aren't experts they're merely system lackies regurgitating some kind of workshopped talking points that have been perfected behind the scenes, this is not true at all and it is hard to believe the level of either incompetence or malice involved in these completely false statements coming out.

In virus evolution, there is a trade-off between within-host replication and between-host transmission. At one extreme if you have too much damage from too much replication within the host: the virus cannot transmit well as the host dies too quickly. At the other extreme, if there is too little damage from too little replication, the virus cannot transmit well due to the too little virus and symptoms too mild. The virus evolves towards a balance between these extremes.

However, what could shift the virus population towards increased virulence is if something upsets that balance being achieved. For example, something that reduces the severity of symptoms in a subpopulation of the host population, while simultaneously allowing variants that have to do more damage to provoke symptoms in that subpopulation to persist. A vaccine that does not prevent transmission elicits precisely this effect.

There is no acknowledgement of this very basic textbook understanding of virulence evolution in her statement. They are allergic to speaking the reality of vaccine-driven virus evolution. The notion it will evolve to become less virulent is based on a scenario of no intervention, wherein the pathogen and host populations co-evolve to an equilibrium. A classic example of this is a myxoma virus that was released in Australia in 1950s to cull invasive European rabbit species. The first year after release the virus had a 99.8% mortality rate, second year it fell to 30%, and after that it dropped to lower than the birth rate so eradication was no longer possible. The virus and host had evolved toward an equilibrium. Viruses that killed the host did not transmit as far as milder strains, and the bottleneck events in the rabbit population meant only those more resilient to the virus lived to breed. The effect of the second half of this example is far less of a factor in humans, but it is worth considering if any purported reduction in case fatality rate may be obscured due to the most vulnerable of the host population being removed in prior waves.

NB: According to the most recent Yellow Card report, as of the 15th of September in the UK alone, of the officially documented reports, the proud Professor Sarah Gilbert "vaccine creator" and her Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine are responsible for 825,575 total adverse events, 1,083 of which were fatal.

Although Alessandra Schilirò made a girl next door like unlisted appearance and talk at the No Green Pass demonstration, she is a 4 time medal winning commissioner of the police, and not naïve at all about the implications of her actions.

She comes from Sicily and mentioned anti-mafia judges who were killed in her speech.

I believe that she would have many high level connections given her job. It is very probable that someone has her back already, maybe a whole organisation consisting of many high level men & women in uniform.

I note that the O.S.A. (Associated Security Operators) was founded on 11th August 2021. Chances are that Schilirò has been a founding member or early participant to this new human rights defense organization.

It is possible that this apparently spontaneous appearance has been meticulously planned for over 1 month, as a launch pad for the O.S.A which was ready to enrol big numbers.
