Table shows latest data from Public Health England on cases and deaths with the Delta variant

70% of all deaths with the Delta variant have now been in those with one or both injections.

63% of all deaths with the Delta variant have now been in the “fully vaccinated” i.e. 14 days post the second dose

Data shows that those testing positive with the Delta variant are more than twice as likely to die with the Delta variant if vaccinated than those who are unvaccinated.

In addition, if you are “fully vaccinated” (more than 14 days after your second dose) you are almost 4 times more likely to die after a “positive Delta test” than if you remained unvaccinated.

“Reports that school leaders are receiving threatening letters from anti-vaccination groups and fears that some schools may face protests or “disruptive activity” surrounding the vaccination drive…..The government has been urged this week to communicate clearly to the public that headteachers are in no way involved with the vaccination process or the decision to offer vaccination in schools.The new guidance, published on Wednesday (September 15), makes clear that schools are not legally accountable for the vaccination programme.

The role of schools, according to the guidance, is simply to provide information to the health services about which children on roll are eligible, to share the information leaflet with families, and to provide space in the school for the vaccinations to take place.

The guidance also confirms that students whose parents have refused vaccination can still request the jab if they are considered by the healthcare professionals to be “Gillick competent”... Pupils in year 7 who have turned 12 on or before the day of the School Age Immunisation Service visit can be vaccinated.

The guidance urges schools not to engage with misinformation campaigns and to work with the School Age Immunisation Service to ensure full security risk assessments are carried out. The guidance states: “In the event of a protest or disruptive activity outside a school, or if schools know a protest is planned, they should alert the School Age Immunisation Service provider, local authority and police contacts to discuss the best way to manage the situation.

The guidance emphasises: “Legal accountability for offering Covid-19 vaccines to children and young people sits with the SAIS and not with the school…

The new guidance clarifies this: “Young people who understand fully what is involved in a proposed procedure, such as vaccination, can legally give consent. This is known as ‘Gillick competence’. If no consent from a parent has been received, but the child wants to be vaccinated and is judged to be Gillick competent by the healthcare professional, the child can still be vaccinated. In this case, the healthcare professional will make every effort to contact a parent to check before they proceed.”

Many children are facing undue pressure from many places to accept these injections

How many children have not suffered damage to their mental health over the last 18 months of fear propaganda, social isolation, masking, continuous testing and the total disruption of their usual routines.

Make sure you use all aspects of the test of Gillick competency to show schools that no child and indeed not too many adults are able to make these life altering decisions on these experimental devices where no short or long term data exists on their safety or efficacy and in an environment of pressure to comply, censorship and fear.

“Remember that consent is not valid if a young person is being pressured or influenced by someone else”

“Children's capacity to consent may be affected by different factors, for example stress, mental health conditions and the complexities of the decision they are making. The same child may be considered Gillick competent to make one decision but not competent to make a different decision”

Whilst the govt is telling schools that they have no responsibility for the Covid-19 injection roll out they are also telling them that they have an important role to play in making it happen.

Schools cannot have it both ways and wash their hands of this believing they have no responsibility, if schools stop complying this programme simply cannot go ahead as planned.

Remind Head teachers about all of the resources (linked below) that the govt is asking them to use and share, if they do this they are complying and facilitating these acts against children, their acts and involvement will be recognised in exactly this way in future court cases.
