I read the SmartLA 2028 document so you don't have to: It is all about increasing fibreoptic cabling throughout LA & incorporating surveillance sensors (& cameras?) in street lamps. It also mentions real time facial recognition, and data collection. It is one massive digital panopticon (a prison where the wardens can see everything you are doing at all times).

This is what controls the climate. How much heat gets to you depends on its distance, inclination, clouds and water vapour. CO2 makes almost ZERO difference to heat or cold. Anyone saying otherwise is being paid to do so, or was brainwashed by someone who was. I was on this planet when this man made climate idea was laughed at by the entire scientific establishment. I was also here when the money started coming in for people to say the opposite. I was a postgraduate university lecturer in cultural sustainability. I saw people being promoted for jumping on this bandwagon, and sceptics like me lost their job. Yet we were right, and they were wrong.
