If you already had Covid19, a second injection will most likely reduce your immunity rather than increase it: "the second BNT162b2 vaccine dose results in a reduction of cellular immunity in COVID-19 recovered individuals". This is why T-cell immunity tests BEFORE vaccination are fundamental.

"What’s calcifediol?

Let’s talk science. Calcifediol (kal'' sif e dye' ol), also known as 25-hydroxy vitamin D under the ampli-D brand, is the form of vitamin D that naturally circulates in your body. We often don’t get enough of it through diet and the sun. And, regular vitamin D supplements don’t provide calcifediol. They are actually vitamin D3, or cholecalciferol, which must be processed by the liver, creating the calcifediol that circulates in the blood. Since calcifediol, the form of vitamin D in d.velop, doesn’t need to be processed by the liver, it can be absorbed right into the bloodstream and throughout your body. That's why calcifediol is 3x more effective for raising vitamin D levels when compared to regular vitamin D on an equal microgram (mcg) basis.*† It can help you reach recommended levels of vitamin D in days instead of months compared to regular vitamin D3.*†"

⬆️ This is the vitamin D3 product Robin Whittle is talking about, Calcifediol.
“We all know sunlight provides vitamin D, which is suggested to have an impact on immunity, among other things. But what we found is a completely separate role of sunlight on immunity,” says the study’s senior investigator, Gerard Ahern, PhD, associate professor in the Georgetown’s Department of Pharmacology and Physiology. “Some of the roles attributed to vitamin D on immunity may be due to this new mechanism.”
They specifically found that low levels of blue light, found in sun rays, makes T cells move faster — marking the first reported human cell responding to sunlight by speeding its pace.
“T cells, whether they are helper or killer, need to move to do their work, which is to get to the site of an infection and orchestrate a response,” Ahern says. “This study shows that sunlight directly activates key immune cells by increasing their movement.”
Ahern also added that while production of vitamin D required UV light, which can promote skin cancer and melanoma, blue light from the sun, as well as from special lamps, is safer.
And while the human and T cells they studied in the laboratory were not specifically skin T cells — they were isolated from mouse cell culture and from human blood — the skin has a large share of T cells in humans, he says, approximately twice the number circulating in the blood.
“We know that blue light can reach the dermis, the second layer of the skin, and that those T cells can move throughout the body,” he says.

I play beach volleyball with a group of 60 people of all size and shapes. We spend 2-3 days in the sun for hours every week - in beach clothes.

Zero got covid - none. No symptoms, nothing. None of us have had a cold or flue in years either.

The sun fuels T cells which smash all the corona viruses out there. Indoor living only destroys its ability and infections appear, promoting B cells into action and then antibodies.

Weird how zero health officials mentioned this, and instead locked everyone indoors away from the sun.

Criminal.
"Variant of concern" is a form of verbal terrorism Newspeak with no basis in real science, which says variants make ZERO difference to natural T-cell immunity.
For our friends in INDIA. Take a look at the ZELENKO PROTOCOL.
https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/zelenko-treatment-protocol/

Avoid paracetamol for temperatures or pain relief, it depletes glutathione, a valuable part of our immune system. Take aspirin instead if need be.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11115795/

Also best avoid Remdesivir

And remember that sunlight is the best prevention and cure.
As Dr Zelenko once said: "To my friends I say; follow the Zelenko Protocol. To my enemies: feel free to take the vaccine.."
"The concerns of Yeadon, Wodarg and others appear to be borne out by data from the King’s College Zoe app that records adverse events from the mRNA vaccines. Taken from a pool of 700,000, data reveals that 12.2% of those vaccinated with the Pfizer jab experienced adverse events or side effects, a number which tripled to 35.7% for those with prior immunity. Adverse events from the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab were already high at 31.9% but increased to 52.7% for people with immunity.
Ellie Barnes, professor of hepatology and immunology at Oxford University and a member of the UK Coronavirus Immunology Consortium referred to the discovery – that when you’ve had a COVID-19 infection your T-cells become activated and become memory T cells – as ‘emerging’ as though this was something revelatory. Yet the dangers of over-immunization had been flagged up multiple times and well before vaccine rollout.
It gets worse.
In spite of additional research from New York’s Mount Sinai Hospital and the University of Maryland which indicated that those who had previously developed Covid-19 were effectively already immune and wouldn’t need a second dose (arguably they didn’t need the first dose if they already had immunity), Eleanor Riley, professor of infectious diseases at Edinburgh University said that ‘Incorporating this into a mass vaccination program, may be logistically complex’, adding ‘it may be safer overall to ensure everyone gets two doses’.
May be safer? Many in the study group had already had an adverse event from the first dose, so how could it be ‘safer’ when second doses have been shown to increase the adversity of an event.
And how is it logistically complex to notify those who have already experienced an adverse event? The medical data of the 700,000 patients has already been logged into the Zoe App system, otherwise the Zoe App wouldn’t be able to differentiate between those with or without prior immunity. Therefore, those with prior immunity from having had Covid-19 – or those for whom an adverse event would perhaps indicate prior immunity – can be notified that there is no need for a second dose.
Moreover, why on earth aren’t people tested for prior immunity before taking any vaccination considering the concerns associated with over-immunization?"

We live in a village in the mostly rural North Goa district, India. We get our direct sunlight for about half an hour to an hour during morning hours, and another hour or so during the early evening. That regular exposure has kept us completely free of the colds, sniffles, low grade fevers, nagging 'flus that were so common when we lived in the city. We needed lights inside during the day because nearby building blocked out sunlight.
Even so, we were much better off than those who work in the IT and call centre industries, with their night-time working hours. In a city like Bangalore, those workers numbered about half a million, some three years ago. It got so that I could tell the general condition of someone's health by looking at their skin - flat tones, no shine, textures that resembled cardboard. No sunlight and junk food make for a terrible combination, over time.
