🇻🇪⚡- Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez has removed Yvan Gil from his post as Foreign Minister, replacing him with Felix Plasencia.

Gil, who was widely aligned with pro-Chinese and pro-Russian foreign policy positions, has been reassigned to serve as Minister of Science and Technology.

In the suit, filed last week, the iPhone maker alleges that OpenAI asked former Apple employees — and even prospective recruits — to bring information about unreleased products. Apple also claims that OpenAI instructed hires on how to evade its security procedures, using a checklist developed by the tech giant’s former iPhone design chief.

A tanker has reported being hit by a missile while transiting outbound on the
southern route.

1 Indian crew member was sadly killed aboard Mombasa, 8 wounded (4 serious) - 6 Indian, 2 Ukrainian nationals. Fires on both vessels controlled.

A third tanker [Stolt magnesium (IMO: 9739317)] was hit last night in the eastern approach to the Gulf of Oman.

"At the Commander in Chief's direction, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces will resume blockading maritime traffic entering and exiting Iranian ports on July 14 at 4 p.m. ET.

CENTCOM forces will enforce the blockade against vessels transiting to or from Iranian ports and coastal areas. The U.S. military continues to support traffic flow through regional waters for all vessels not violating the blockade.

The resumption of the U.S. blockade against Iran follows the initial implementation from April 13 to June 18. CENTCOM forces redirected more than 140 compliant vessels, disabled nine non-compliant ships, and allowed over 50 commercial vessels supporting humanitarian aid to pass through the blockade during the two-month period.

All mariners are advised to monitor Notice to Mariners broadcasts and contact U.S. naval forces on bridge-to-bridge channel 16 when operating in the Gulf of Oman and Strait of Hormuz approaches." - US Central Command.

🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️- "The letter that Mr. Trump sent Congress on Friday, obtained by The New York Times, formally acknowledged that he had resumed the active strikes that administration officials had previously said had been suspended.

'At my direction, United States Armed Forces responded, commencing on July 7, 2026, with defensive strikes against targets within Iran including missile launch sites, air defenses, military maritime assets, military support, infrastructure, and command and control capabilities,' he said in the letter. He called the strikes 'limited' and 'measured.'" - The New York Times.

🇵🇸🇮🇱⚡️- "Yesterday (Tuesday), the IDF struck in the city of Gaza and eliminated the terrorist Osama Naeem Hamdi Shamel, who served as the commander of a cell in the naval arm of the Hamas terrorist organization.

Throughout the war and recently, he has been working to restore and strengthen the naval arm of the Hamas terrorist organization and has been involved in promoting terrorist activities in the maritime area.

IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to eliminate any immediate threats." - Israeli Defence Force.

The campaign will feature a whole-of-government response to systematically disable the ICC’s ability to operate, target American servicemen or officials, or otherwise threaten American sovereignty.

The ICC poses an intolerable threat to U.S. sovereignty – it claims the authority to prosecute and even imprison American servicemen and officials operating on behalf of America’s national interest. Americans never signed up for this, and all American presidents since the ICC’s ratification have maintained that the ICC does not have jurisdiction over Americans. The ICC previously opened an investigation into U.S. servicemen and intelligence officers and has since refused to close these cases.

Actions under consideration include:

- Diplomatic calls from the Secretary of State, Deputy Secretary, ambassadors, and other members of senior leadership to foreign nations highlighting the abuses of the ICC and the risks posed to Americans and other nations urging them to withdraw from the ICC.
