The contract, which can be read in a thread posted by the Unfuck America Tour twitter account, shows that Mat had to sign over his name, image, and likeness alongside all the branding for his show. The contract resembles a Hollywood Studio style deal, which are notorious for abuse.

Nuclear did not consult an attorney when negotiating the contract instead asking Grok to summarize the deal he was given and asking the AI to encourage his decisions.

Daily Wire has been bleeding top talent for some years now first losing Candace Owens due to her drift into Israel conspiracy theories and then Brett Cooper over contract disagreements. It is likely Shapiro and crew targeted the young and inexperienced Mat with the expectation that he would be starstruck by Shapiro into accepting the aggressive contract.

🇲🇾⚡️- Malaysia has passed new legislation restricting maritime activity, such as ship-to-ship transfers of products or bunkering (refueling at sea) that occur within international waters, but inside its exclusive economic zone (EEZ) without receiving permission from the Malaysian government. Violations of the regulation allow detention of the vessel and its crew and seizure of cargo.

Russian and Iranian oil tankers have been well documented as using Malaysia's EEZ as a hotspot for ship-to-ship transfers of oil, usually China-bound oil.

From the 18th of June to February 28th (The start of the US-Iran war), the organization United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) recorded 76 ship-to-ship transfers of Iranian Oil and LPG within the area now regulated by Malaysia. UANI also recorded 46 sanctioned and mostly empty Iranian tankers that were anchored and waiting inside this Malaysian EEZ for the US blockade to end before returning to Iran. Many of these tankers have since begun their journey back to Iran since the end of the blockade.
