- Iran, the United States, and their allies will cease hostilities, including in Lebanon. Iran reiterates its commitment not to develop or acquire nuclear weapons.

- The United States and Iran pledge to resolve the issue of disposing of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile.

- The United States and Iran will discuss uranium enrichment and Iran’s civilian nuclear energy needs.

- Iran will maintain the status quo of its nuclear program for the duration of the negotiations.

- The United States will lift the naval blockade, refrain from imposing new sanctions, and will not increase its military presence in the region during the negotiations.

- Iran will make the necessary arrangements to ensure the safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz, free of charge, for 60 days.

- The United States pledges to make frozen Iranian assets available for use upon implementation of the memorandum of understanding.

- If a final agreement is reached, the United States will withdraw its forces within 30 days and lift all sanctions on Iran.
