🇬🇧🇷🇺⚡️- The UK Ministry of Defence has denied engaging any drones over Romania or Ukraine, Stating the aircraft were scrambled as part of a wider NATO mission, and "standard procedure".

Romania had given the two British Typhoons that were patrolling authorization to engage the drones IF they entered into Romanian airspace, but Romanian radar lost track of the drones before any engagement took place, and it appears the drone crashed by itself.

Confusion and misreporting of the events comes from the poorly worded Romanian press release, which has since been clarified by both Romanian and UK Ministries of Defence.
