Colombian-based firm A4SI, led by Alvaro Becerra who lives in the UAE, is one of the four sanctioned entities. A4SI has been involved in mercenary recruitment for the UAE proxies across the Middle East and Africa.

The resolution, which was co-authored by Russia (a colonizer of large areas of Asia and Europe itself) and 22 other African nations, calls on European nations to apologize for gifting the world civilization.

Europe did not turn up for the vote. The US voted against.
