🇵🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱 - One year ago today former Head of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran, Iran, by Israel.

🇨🇳🇮🇳⚡- China has restarted construction on its mysterious tunnel in the Tibet region.

The tunnel is currently 9km long, but with plans to extend it to at least 25km. The tunnel is guarded by military checkpoints at either end, indicating its sole purpose is military use. The structure likely intends to connect vital routes S301 and G219, which are both used to supply the strategic city of Gar, Tibet region.

Gar city serves as a major military-hub for the Chinese, as it's located on high ground near the disputed Aksai Chin region of Kashmir, and thus the Line of Actual Control, LAC, with India. In any potential conflict, if either route, S301 or G219, was taken out, China could continue supplies via the tunnel.
