Multiple 'ammonium' bangs were delivered on the hanger, two were transported using a forklift and placed on a pallet. The moment they were placed, the compound ignited - almost as if it was timed.

CCTV footage does not show any visible negligence, although the Iranian authorities believe it was an accident.
