The vital detail of the footage are the two trucks up front, the trucks can be seen carrying 'sandbags', packaging identical nitrogen tetroxide, NāOā, a powerful oxidant. If near combustible material (the initial fume), it will explode, and explode very powerfully.
The question is, why were two truck loads of NāOā being moved in the direction of the fume? And then parked in front of a warehouse. The compounds were just delivered to the doorstep of the already existing fire, and then left there to explode...
