Testing of 113 personal care and cleaning products (from Target, Amazon, Walmart, Dollar Tree) found 85% contained unlabeled chemicals with known or suspected health hazards, and one in four contained chemicals contradicting package claims, including synthetic chemicals in products "100% natural”

FDA Finds Bacteria in a Third of 'Sterile' Tattoo Inks. Of 118 tattoo ink samples labeled sterile, nearly a third, 30.5%, were contaminated, compared with 35.5% of samples without a sterility claim. Of the 94 bacteria species identified, around a third, 34%, are classified as potential pathogens.

A few minutes of sprinting could make a bigger impact than 90 minutes of moderate running. Sprinting triggers changes in more than 200 metabolites and causes an immediate surge of proteins involved in blood-vessel growth, tissue remodeling, and hormonal signaling.

Taking the stairs could cut risk of early death. Research found people who regularly climb stairs were 39 per cent less likely to die from heart-related problems and 24 per cent less likely to die from any cause - compared with people who don't climb stairs as often.
