Updated for 5.10, it took a long time for me to find why the bottom options while forwarding weren't changing colour whatever I had done(tg wasn't showing the changes till I closed and relaunched it)

Wallpaper here, I've tweaked the colour for voice chat related stuff, but the big main menu doesn't seem to be themable rip.
