Can we limit the horny posts?

Mods please keep this up because I would truly just like to hopefully inspire other women in subs like this one and r/illustration to speak up.

I have searched and I'm just looking for solidarity.

Caveat: I'm not saying this is every single post or a vast majority or them. I just want to know if anyone else has noticed them being posted more and more.

This is a sub about drawing, which is such a broad domain of art, and yet I see so many scantily clad women being posted.

I'm so tired! It feels so awful as a woman and an artist to see a sub about art, where we should be seeing anything and everything as subjects, focus on the male gaze.

Can we limit the number breasted boobily posts as a rule or something? Can there be a separate sub?

I want to see a variety of beautiful art again instead of seeing a reminder every day that women's bodies are just for men to obsess over.

Read about the issues with too many female (sexualized) “anatomy” posts. I love studying anatomy, male and female. Current studying the male torso. Hopefully this helps change things up around here 😊
