Get current refresh rate from kernel, solve refresh rate error on some port roms

Change log:
1. Fix some bugs in I/O Limit
2. Fix vip thread management, I probably damaged it in R5.1
3. Fix rapid gc, this issue is caused by new color tune, which increased notify chain latency, caused incorrect detection
4. Improved color tune efficiency
5. Allow schedtune to create up to 8 boost groups, which meets system requirements
6. Minor improvement on scheduler
7. Fix black boot animation on some roms
8. Update KernelSU
9. Update susfs

1. Use refactored fp driver, which is faster when unlocking
2. Switch to simple lmk
3. Set swappiness based on physical ram size(12-120 8-150 6-180)
4. Fix abnormal shutdown caused by racing in color tuner
5. Update color tuner, now kernel & module can tune all parameters for all refresh separately
6. Update KernelSU

I replaced file duo to sukisu, they did a force push and caused incomplete update on my side

Slmk kills foreground apps sometimes, which is annoying, so roll back to MGLRU+lmkd to solve this issue, I probably need to write a filter for vmpressure, to make it more reliable when slmk presents
