About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our in-office team in Tashkent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, wants to grow with us, and takes pride in delivering scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Development & Maintenance:
Develop, optimize, and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel 10+.
Manage and enhance database performance with MySQL.
Build and implement real-time features with WebSocket technology.

2 Feature Implementation:
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to design and deliver innovative features.
Ensure backend systems meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

3 System Optimization:
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve backend performance.
Implement best practices for scalable and maintainable code.


4 Team Collaboration:
Work closely with frontend and mobile developers to ensure seamless API integrations.
Participate in code reviews and share expertise with the team.


5 Technical Ownership:
Identify and resolve backend challenges proactively.
Contribute to shaping Learnify’s technical roadmap.


Our Tech Stack:
Backend: PHP, Laravel 10+, MySQL, WebSocket, Cron jobs.
Frontend: Tailwind CSS, Vue.js, Nuxt.
Mobile: Flutter, BLOC, Firebase, Push Notifications.


What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel.
Proficiency in designing and optimizing databases (MySQL).
Experience with WebSocket for real-time applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for learning and contributing to a fast-growing platform.
