DMC3 final Vergil boss fight

This is just a rant but oh my goooodddd I am having such difficulty with Vergil. I’m mainly using trickster and rebellion. I realize there’s better ways to do it, but I’m stubborn and used this load-out the whole game so I must to finish with it. I’ve easily put 2 maybe even 3 or 4 hours into this fight and I just can’t get it. I’ve gotten sooo close a dozen times but he just gets me with his stupid stinger or whatever. Anyways onwards to victory ✌️

Ps not looking for advice, feel free to give if you want but again this is just a rant.

How does Eva died?

I need some help, can someone explain this to me? Of how Eva died? Im trying to search the lore of DMC and I find 2 type of answers for this question. Some people says that she was attacked by demons and others says that she died because of the fire...which one is true? :(
