I made a new Unity editor tool: Hold a shortcut key to let any selected object fall, settle using physics in the editor. Script available in the description! (the tool adds colliders and RB while you hold the key combination and cleans itself up automatically when you let go)

My artist designed 4 Tibetan-inspired fantasy camera concepts for our game, and I can't decide my favorite, as I love them all... Any preference ?

Looks somewhere between 2D and 3D... but it's built entirely in Unity using a 2D pipeline.

How to Save Game Objects in a File

I'm pretty new to Unity and today I started implementing a save system to my game. I've been following a tutorial somewhat loosely and everything works fine, except for when I try and save game objects (in this case, guns). I suspect it's because the objects are saved as their instance id, which changes whenever I close and reopen the Unity editor. I could probably just save the game object names and then load a new prefab of the same name from a list of all the guns, but is there another way that allows me to save the game object directly?

Compartiré el desarrollo aquí a medida que avance.

¿Les gusta este chico? No soy muy buen artista.
