I can't push hotfix build right now as I don't have server

Yesterday, I suddenly noticed a stuck pixel on the display. At that time, I was using a custom ROM, so I thought it might be a software-related issue. To fix it, I flashed the stock ROM, but the problem persisted. Consequently, I finally had to return the OnePlus 13.
