- Rebased whole source based on latest southwest NG CLO source
- Bump kernel version to SouthWest-NG 0.14.1-cip-clo
- Optimized power utilization
- Fixed some kernel panics
- Many more underhood changes & fixes

• Don't flash it in 4.4 based roms / non-dynamic 4.19 based roms.
