#Survival Breaking down a door, be careful, kicking with a full extended leg could hurt your knee, don't do this if the door has glass parts where you are kicking (or if it's not yours, obviously).

By other hand, you shouldn't lean into the kick, it makes it less powerfull.

If you want change, be that change. Sharpen yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically. Try to be as self-sufficient as possible, try to live off the grid. Try not to attract unwanted attention to yourself.. Get yourself right, before you have a family. Don’t rush into it before you’re ready. You want to be the best version of yourself. I’ll also outline another thing.. Which is: Place less of an emphasis on recruiting outsiders that aren’t already one of us. Place more of an emphasis on recruiting by having high births ie having big families. Train/teach your children to be the best version of themselves, to sharpen themselves mentally, spiritually, and physically; and train/teach them to have the same beliefs, and to be like you.

Japanse knotweed is growing rapidly in Europe, you can find it almost everywhere and is easily recognized.
Large heart shaped leaves, green and red twigs that look a bit like rhubarb.
It's perfectly edible and healthy.

Warning:
Do not plant this knotweed in your garden! It is very invasive and will take over the whole garden.
This is only for survival purposes and a way to keep the knotweed from spreading by eating it.
