As explained in this post , street protests, no matter if they happen in Paris, Hong-Kong, Charlottesville or Kiev, are a battleground in which you should think as a military strategist.

🤜🏻 Basically it consists of using the weak point of the enemy to your advantage, making sure to always face the enemy WHEN and WHERE you want. Never let them decide for you.

⚡️It would be suicidal to fight a riot police squadron face-to-face, head against head. So most of the time protesters use an "elastic doctrine" : meaning the crowd is considered not as a solid line holding against police attacks, but more as an elastic line being able to move without breaking.

⤴️ Sometimes it's better to let the police push you, just so that a minute later you can strike back in the street you decided.

⚠️ That's exactly what the three examples of the linked video show. Adaptability.

WuFlu and you:
The most severe cases of influenza cases in healthy adults will likely be your own immune system response to the virus.
there are some reports surfacing about the CoV19 strain being able to reinfect the same person back to back but the second infection is much more severe due to the body recognizing and launching an immune response.
Cytokine storm (copypasta from ncbi.nlm.nih.gov):

Respiratory epithelial cells, the primary targets for influenza virus, are also the choreographers of cytokine amplification during infection. Following primary exposure, progeny viruses that proliferate within these cells can infect other cells, including alveolar macrophages.9 Inflammatory responses are triggered when infected cells die by apoptosis or necrosis. The initial response of the organism to harmful stimuli is acute inflammation and is characterized by increasing blood flow, which enables plasma and leukocytes to reach extra-vascular sites of injury, elevating local temperatures, and causing pain.3 The acute inflammatory response is also marked by the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines or chemokines. These pro-inflammatory cytokines or chemokines can lead to the recruitment of inflammatory cells. Then, an increasing expression of inflammatory, antiviral, and apoptotic genes occurs accompanied by abundant immune cell infiltration and tissue damage). At the same time, regenerative processes and resolution of the damage are initiated. In most cases, function can be completely restored by this reparative process. However, for severe inflammation associated with cytokine storm, more serious pathological changes are observed, such as diffuse alveolar damage, hyaline membrane formation, fibrin exudates, and fibrotic healing. These are signs of severe capillary damage, immunopathologic injury, and persistent organ dysfunction. Moreover, the severe inflammatory cytokines/chemokines can spill over into the circulation and result in systemic cytokine storms, which are responsible for multi-organ dysfunction.

TL:DR your immunesystem overreacts and causes your lungs to inflame and fill with fluid and you die, if you make it through that you may have renal failure etc as well.

Two items that have turned up as a potential help with this reaction is good ol' Diphenhydramine aka benadryl
to help slow and reduce the immunoresponse from spiking as hard or fast.
(note: this can complicate other infections that may prexist, higher mortality was shown in previous strains testing if patient had pneumonia as well)

another is N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
it is an OTC antioxidant that has shown some effectiveness at slowing viral reproduction which in turn limits the bodies immunoresponse accordingly.

Do your own research into this, these may or may not prove effective against CoV19
plan on getting infected and surviving, be glad if you dodge it entirely.

These are the symptoms of the new coronavirus pneumonia:

1. The virus will infect the throat at first, and the throat will feel dry, this feeling lasts about 3-4 days.

2. The virus then invades the nasal fluid, flows into the trachea and finally enters the lungs causing pneumonia. This process takes about 5-6 days.

3. The symptoms of this pneumonia are high fever and difficulty breathing. The sensation of a blocked nasal cavity is not the same as a common cold, and you will feel a choking sensation and inability to breathe. Seek medical attention if this happens.

1. The most likely way to get infected is to touch an object with a virus in a public place, so remember to wash your hands frequently. The virus will only survive for 5-10 minutes on your hands, but even for a short period of 5-10 minutes, be very attentive (do not rub your eyes with your hands or look at your nose unconsciously)

2. In addition to washing your hands frequently, you can also use a mouthwash to kill or reduce bacteria that remain in your throat, preventing pneumonia from falling into the lungs.

Be careful and drink lots of water.

The hospital systems in most countries would be completely overloaded if only 1% of the population was infected with Corona-chan. It is therefore important to know how to manage the illness at home.

Basically, if you get sick but you don't get pneumonia you must just be careful not to infect others, you've just got a cold, you won't die.

If you do have pneumonia (likely if you have fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, and generalized body pain) then you are very sick and at risk of dying.
But even then, most hospital treatment for a viral pneumonia is supportive and can be done at home, only the most serious cases require monitoring and equipment that can only be found in hospitals and which requires trained doctors.

Pneumonia basically kills you in two ways. First is direct damage to the lungs resulting in inflammation and pulmonary oedema, stopping effective gas exchange and in already sick people even causing heart failure.

The second way it kills you is from the loss of appetite. people who are sick dont drink or eat, they become weak and dehydrated, and the succumb to the illness or dehydration.

There is a lot you can do at home. the most important is to make sure the sick people eat and drink, protein shakes and powdered rehydration solution (both cheap and easy to find) are good here, but plain old water is just as good.

Treating the lung pathology is hospital is usually done by giving oxygen. This isnt feasible for most people, but if you have a nebuliser at home you can nebulise saline to help clear secretions. If you don't have a nebuliser, then salbutamol asthma pumps in most countries can be bought over the counter and can be used to make breathing easier by dilating the lower airways. Inhaling steam also does the same thing.

Taking medicines can help with a fever. NSAID medication such as ibuprofen, or aspirin for adults.

Everyone can benefit from chest physiotherapy (google for instructions) which helps clear secretions from the lungs.

All of these steps can help prevent respiratory failure, the severe consequence of pneumonia. Stay safe, and wash your hands. @wuhappening
