Today in our #where2go we offer a nice ride map around Petrogradskiy district:

➡ Start from Botanic Garden on the Karpovka river embankment to Aptekarskaya embankment. There are the cycling track that leads directly to Bolshaya Zelenina street.
➡ Ride through Lopukhinsky garden to Pesochnaya embankment
➡ Turn on Bolshaya Zelenina street and ride up to Maly prospect P. S.
➡ Ride back all the way to Karpovka river embankment and go to Botanic garden again. There will be comfortable spot with benches and beautiful garden which is great place to rest after the bike ride

You can also walk around Petrogradskaya without a bike, the most important is to enjoy this sunny and warm weekend ☀

CANTEENTS AND CAFES ON THE CAMPUS
Who likes to eat? 🍱

The university takes care of you :) There are about 6 canteens and 13 cafes on our campus.

All of them offer different dishes of Russian and other national cuisines, set meals, a variety of appetizers, salads, soups, main courses, pastries, and drinks.

The canteens and cafes also have microwave ovens, so students always can bring their favorite food with them.

The average price of lunch is 200-300 rubles 💸

➡️ First things first, right now is the last chance to take a cruise down the canals. St. Petersburg has rightfully earned its name of «Venice of the North». In fact, it was originally intended that boats would be the only way to move between the islands; the city’s bridges were built much later. Don’t forget to wear your warmest clothes!

➡️ Then you definitely should try «pyshkas», sugar-coated Russian doughnuts. This sugary snack remains an all-time favourite in St Petersburg.

➡️ After a good meal try to climb to the top of St. Isaac’s Cathedral’s colonnade.
