📌Установление особого правового режима для иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, которые учатся в российских вузах, поддержали депутаты Госдумы
Проект закона парламентарии одобрили во вторник, 5 июля, сразу во втором и третьем чтениях, сообщает ТАСС. Он облегчит многие процедуры пребывания в России иностранных студентов. Они смогут получить разрешение на временное проживание в целях получения образования (РВПО) Как сообщал «Русский мир», правительство внесло соответствующий законопроект год назад. В данный момент иностранные учащиеся получают разрешение на временное проживание на общих основаниях, действие которого они обязаны продлевать каждый год
📃 Новый законопроект предоставит студентам разрешение на временное проживание в целях получения образования (РВПО) на весь период учёбы и ещё сто восемьдесят дней. Особый режим распространяется на учащегося и в случае перевода в другой университет Кроме того, наличие РВПО даст возможность иностранцам не сдавать испытания, доказывающие владение русским языком, знание истории и законодательства страны, а также освободит от необходимости ежегодной подачи уведомлений о проживании 👏 Также РВПО позволит его обладателю получить вид на жительство в России по облегчённой процедуре, льгота будет действовать в течение трёх лет после выпуска

Adventurer: a Polytechnic University student from Indonesia talks about life in Russia 🇷🇺
Herlin Idris came to St. Petersburg from Bogor, a city in Indonesia.
He is the winner of the International Student Olympiad Open Doors: Russian Scholarship Project, and is a master's degree student at the Institute of Machinery, Materials, and Transport, where he studies new materials and additive technologies.
Herlin says that by nature he is an adventurer, that is why he was not afraid to come to a distant country, get acquainted with the harsh Russian winter and fall in love with St. Petersburg with all his heart.
