Red diploma helps to get a residence permit 🤩
International students who graduated from a full-time program and received a diploma with honors (red diploma) can immediately apply for a residence permit without issuing a temporary residence permit.
🖇️ Sub-clause 11, clause 2, Article 8 of Federal Law No. 115 of 25.07.2002.
A foreigner with a residence permit becomes a permanent resident foreigner and can work:
▶️ in any profession,
▶️ in any region of Russia,
▶️ go on business trips as a citizen of the Russian Federation without time limits.
The next step for a foreigner who has received a residence permit on the basis of a diploma of education with honors will be obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation. 👍

Помимо этого, принято решение об отмене требования о предоставлении результатов ПЦР-теста на COVID-19 для граждан Республики Беларусь по прибытии авиатранспортом в Россию. Для других граждан требования о предоставлении результатов ПЦР сохраняются
