Polytech student creates an exoskeleton 👍
The most famous exoskeleton was probably Marvel’s «Iron Man», and Tony Stark’s superpowers keep inventors busy. 🤖
So Ivan Barynkin was inspired by the idea of creating «armor» that would turn a man into a superman.
"I «invented» an air rifle, electromagnetic Gauss rifle, and the pinnacle of my school invention was an exoskeleton arm, for which I received 2nd place at the regional Olympiad." - said Ivan.
The first version took about a year. It was so slow because I earn money for development on my own, having got a job as a production engineer. And I do the project by myself, inventing the electronics and mechanics myself. Parts are made according to my drawings from the material I bring in.

How to get login and password?
1️⃣ You can get a login and password using a personal electronic pass at information kiosks.
Kiosk addresses: Main Academic Building (to the left of the entrance), 1st academic building (to the left of the entrance), NIK (to the right of the entrance)
2️⃣ If you have a username and password to connect to WiFi, you can use it (without the prefix EDU\).
In your personal account the following information is available:
- Schedule
- Curriculum
- Documents
- News of the educational process, etc.

"Golden Autumn" festival returns to Polytech!

"The first event I helped organize was this festival. Back in 2012." - the admin of our channel remembers 😊
It is one of the biggest international student festivals in St Petersburg. Thanks to this event international students can adapt in our country and integrate into Russian culture.
Contestants will be able to compete in three categories:
