The A. L. Stieglitz Academy is one of the most famous art universities in Russia.
The unique museum of the 19th century is interesting not only for its exposition of items made of porcelain, ceramics, glass, carved furniture, but also for its interiors, which can transport visitors to the atmosphere of an Italian palazzo, a Russian terem, and the Renaissance!
The Academy can only be accessed with a guided tour.

Did you know that the beautiful floors in the historic buildings of Polytech are laid with the same shaped tiles as on the Titanic?
📜 On September 20, 1901, it was decided to lay the floors with metlach tiles. It was one of the most expensive floor coverings at the time, and its high price was justified by its quality, durability and beauty.

The program of events of the cultural and business mission covered two cities: New Delhi and St. Petersburg's twin city of Mumbai.
Mumbai hosted the Business Congress "Business opportunities for St. Petersburg and Indian entrepreneurs in modern conditions".
The Indian side presented the peculiarities of the business climate in the country and trends in the economy, peculiarities of regulation of foreign economic and investment activities in modern conditions, current government projects in the field of small and medium-sized businesses.
The issue of settlements in national currencies was touched upon separately. For their part, members of the St. Petersburg delegation noted the prospects for the development of Russian-Indian relations.
