Polytechnic University has developed a robot for precise dosing of medium-viscous polymers 🤩
A team from Polytechnic University has developed a universal robotic platform for applying medium-viscous liquids to various surfaces in automatic mode and along a predetermined trajectory.
Thanks to the product it is possible to pour various polymers based on polyurethanes, silicones, epoxy resins, including composite high-viscosity mixtures, such as solder pastes and fluxes. The platform has its own interface for controlling dispensing parameters and trajectory, as well as for tracking with machine vision. The robot has a capacity of up to 400 products per work shift.
