Here is the cam3 fix for those who porting cos,rui and oos and who facing camera issues in snapchat, adobe scan and other

Edit framework.jar extract it

go to android/hardware/camera2/impl/CameraDeviceImpl.smali

And Find method

createCaptureSessionInternal(Landroid/hardware/camera2/params/InputConfiguration;Ljava/util/List;Landroid/hardware/camera2/CameraCaptureSession$StateCallback;Ljava/util/concurrent/Executor;ILandroid/hardware/camera2/CaptureRequest;)V


And remove above mentioned lines in that class

save it and sign them that's it.

RE-PARTITION GUIDE FOR POCO F1 BY POCO-OS TEAM📈


Why Re-Partition?🤔
If you’re here out of curiosity or any other reason than necessity, you may wonder: “why would anyone want to repartition a smartphone / tablet?”.
To answer, each person probably has their own reason, a couple of such I can think of are:
In the case of an upgrade, when there’s not enough space on one partition but others has a plenty.
When you don’t have enough space to install more apps – since your data partition is full – so you want to resize that partition.
Of course, some cases can be resolved via a more simple solution, however, if you want to deal with it u can follow this guide to increase the partition size.

On the same note though, I must warn anybody who tries repartitioning his/her device.
Warning😉: Re-partitioning your Android may lead to a complete breakage of your device software and may render it unbootable!  Do NOT engage unless you know what you’re doing. If you brick your device we Poco os team is not responsible and we are not going to help with it. Simple solution is to do an edl update if you have brain and u can understand those commands you can recover your device by your self without edl.

Also REMEMBER:
OOFGANG and DYNAMIC RETROFIT roms won't flash or boot after repartition


A pdf file is attached to the post which will guide you to do repartitioning, necessary files are also attached in a zip. Follow the guide properly

NOTE: ✍️
1. After repartitioning your device you wont be able to boot oof-gang roms for security reasons they have defined system partition as block name solution for this they have to define by-name then rom will boot except this all other roms and recoveries will work.
2. And in the given zip file there is a modded orange fox 😉 recovery which will show up the reserve partition you created.

5)Reboot to system
6)(Optional) Flash other mods after first or second boot

Note 1 : No need to flash dfe by default rom is decrypted

Note 2 : Dont try to mess with any part of system alredy miui 14 is fit to the neck of the system partition so do not try to mod anything you will face space issues.

Note 3 : Do not flash Magisk on top of kernel SU it will give boot loop dont flash magisk for now will update it in next build

• Ok Google (MiUi Bug)

• Auto brightness (sunlight mode working). Auto brightness is dead it will decrease but not increase (working on it)

• Can't control bt volume of the bt device which don't support absolute volume. Bluetooth now this is a random some may face some may not connecting issue is there.
