5.wipe system,vendor,cust/system_ext,cache,data,
6.Flash ROM.zip
7.Flash DFE ,it's not MANDATORY here bcz rom is decrypted by default ,flash it as a security factory.
8.reboot
9.if not boot clean flash again
10. Reboot to system

This build includes recovery inbuild.
Your recovery will be replaced by TWRP v3.6.2 A12 v3 after first boot
