4) Flash the rom zip
5) Flash dfe
6)Reboot to system

7)(optional)flash magisk after first boot

8)(Optional) Flash other mods after first or second boot

Use magisk 24 (and higher) for A12.

DO NOT FORCE ENCRYPT DATA ON A12 BUILDS

If you do so, there are 99% chances that your recovery will be stuck on logo and then the only option you will have is to FLASH FASTBOOT ROM WITH DATA FORMAT.
