· Gift Themes: Since 2021, Telegram users can apply themes to individual chats. Today we are adding dozens of new dynamic chat wallpapers based on Telegram gifts — which their owners can now set as a custom theme in any private chat.
· Upgrading Gifts for Other Users: You can now send Stars to cover the cost of upgrading a gift on someone else's profile.
· Gift Value: Users can securely trade collectible gifts in the Gift Marketplace within Telegram.

• Live broadcasts in Stories:
In the Stories section, under the “Live” tab, you can now start a live stream either personally or on behalf of a channel.

• Recurring messages:
When scheduling a delayed message, users can now specify how often it should be sent: daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

• Auction for gifts:
A new mechanic distributes limited gifts among users who place the highest bids in stars.

• Redesigned panels:
The new “Liquid Glass” design is now applied to interface elements such as the message input field, button panels in bots and channels, and the menu for commands and hashtags.
The glass effect can be disabled under Settings > Power Saving > Chat Animations.

Other additions:
• Privacy settings for music saved in profile.
• Ability to add a new contact by scanning a QR code.
• Checkbox for synchronizing saved Telegram contacts with the device’s phonebook.
• Option to block receiving gifts from channels in privacy settings.
