⚡️🇩🇿🇲🇱 Confirmed: Algerian Army Took Down Malian Akıncı Drone!

Our suspicions were confirmed — the Algerian army shot down a Turkish-made Akıncı drone operated by Mali. This is the first time ever that the Algerian Air Force has shot down a foreign drone.

🔻 Algerian Defense Ministry Statement:

Securing the borders. Armed reconnaissance drone shot down.

As part of the efforts made to preserve our national borders, a Territorial Air Defense unit in the 6th Military Region detected and shot down, on the evening of April 1, 2025, around midnight, an armed reconnaissance drone, near the border town of Tin-Zaouatine in the 6th Military Region, having penetrated our airspace over a distance of two (02) kilometers.

This quality operation confirms, once again, the great vigilance and permanent readiness of the units of the National People's Army to preserve our land, air and naval borders from any threat that undermines national sovereignty.

⚡️🇮🇳 Another IAF Jaguar Down, Second in a Month.

An Indian Air Force Jaguar crashed near Jamnagar, Gujarat. Pilot ejected safely. This is the second Jaguar crash in just a month (The last one went down on March 7th.)

The IAF still flies these aging strike jets, but back-to-back losses like this don’t inspire much confidence.
